Граждане России требуют от президента Путина отменить повышение пенсионного возраста. Послушает ли он этот голос народа?
Вчера, 25 сентября, Сергей Кургинян, лидер движения Суть времени, передал в Администрацию президента обращение с требованием остановить антинародную пенсионную реформу. Под обращением зарегистрировано 1 млн 41 тыс. 639 подписей граждан России. Суть времени и примкнувшие к ней добровольцы вели сбор этих подписей в 60 регионах России с 5 августа. В Санкт-Петербурге было собрано более 115 тысяч, а по всему Северо-западному федеральному округу — более 157 тыс.
Это обращение полностью соответствует принципу активного права, который был предложен самим Владимиром Путиным в 2012 году — Госдума должна обязательно обсудить общественную инициативу, под которой подписались более 100 тыс. граждан. Сейчас подписей в 10 раз больше, и их сбор продолжается. При этом Суть времени нельзя упрекнуть в какой-то некорректности или экстремизме — движение корректно соблюдает объявленные самой властью правила, законы не нарушает.
26 сентября, почти без обсуждений, менее чем за полчаса закон о повышении пенсионного возраста был принят во втором чтении в Госдуме. Не стало неожиданностью то, что на Госдуму надежды нет. Если она одобрит законопроект в трех чтениях, он перейдет далее на одобрение в Совет Федерации, а затем – на подпись президенту.
Суть времени хочет донести до президента реальное отношение людей к реформе до того, как она будет одобрена. Мы надеемся, что президент услышит корректно высказанное мнение народа и не подпишет реформу, в противном случае последствия для России будут самые плачевные.

This appeal is fully consistent with the principle of active law, which was proposed by Vladimir Putin himself in 2012 - the State Duma must necessarily discuss a public initiative, under which more than 100 thousand citizens subscribed. Now there are 10 times more signatures, and their collection continues. At the same time, the essence of time cannot be blamed for some kind of incorrectness or extremism - the movement correctly observes the rules announced by the authorities themselves, and does not violate laws.
On September 26, with almost no discussion, in less than half an hour the law on raising the retirement age was adopted in the second reading in the State Duma. It was not a surprise that there was no hope for the State Duma. If she approves the bill in three readings, it will go on to the Federation Council for approval, and then to the president for signature.
The essence of the time is to convey to the president the real attitude of people towards reform before it is approved. We hope that the president will hear the correctly expressed opinion of the people and will not sign the reform, otherwise the consequences for Russia will be most dire.
