Справедливого разбирательства в рассмотрении вопроса законности принятой в РФ пенсионной реформы потребовали у судей Конституционного суда (КС) в Петербурге — одиночные пикеты общественного движения «Суть времени» проходят в эти минуты у здания КС, 12 декабря сообщает корреспондент ИА Красная Весна.
Активисты напоминают: внятного ответа от власти на переданный в Администрацию президента в сентябре миллион протестных подписей граждан до сих пор нет, и граждане этот ответ ждут. В том числе — и от Конституционного суда, куда с соответствующим запросом обратились представители парламентской оппозиции. Более миллиона россиян (это, фактически, 10% электората) ранее высказавшиеся категорически против реформы в обращении к президенту Путину, от судей КС ждут справедливого разбирательства — то есть, учета мнения большинства жителей России.
Одиночные пикеты начались рядом со зданием суда с 10 утра, планируется, что акция завершится в 16.00.
Напомним, обращение, переданное в КС 7 декабря, подписали 98 депутатов Госдумы. От КПРФ документ подписали 43 депутата, от ЛДПР — 33, от «Справедливой России» — 21, к подписантам присоединился один независимый депутат.
Отметим, на этот важнейший шаг оппозиционные фракции «раскачивались» довольно долго, несмотря на то, что их представители в ГД и СФ в подавляющем большинстве голосовали против реформы. Сыграла свою роль активность гражданского общества — россияне по всей стране выходили на пикеты, отправляли запросы к парламентариям с требованием отстаивать интересы людей не на словах, а на деле.
Таким образом, факт поступления запроса в КС от оппозиционных фракций стал важнейшим общественно–политическим шагом, который в данный момент поддерживают, в том числе, и публичными мероприятиями жители России.
Напомним, закон о постепенном повышении пенсионного возраста в России на 5 лет, с 60 до 65 для мужчин и с 55 до 60 лет для женщин, был подписан президентном РФ В.Путиным 3 октября 2018 года и вступает в силу 1 января 2019 года.

Recall, the appeal transmitted to the Constitutional Court on December 7 was signed by 98 deputies of the State Duma. 43 deputies signed the document from the Communist Party, 33 from the LDPR, 21 from Just Russia, and one independent deputy joined the signatories.
It should be noted that the opposition factions “swung” for a long time, despite the fact that their representatives in the State Duma and the Federation Council overwhelmingly voted against reform. The activity of civil society played a role - the Russians all over the country went to pickets, sent requests to parliamentarians demanding that they defend the interests of people not in words but in deeds.
Thus, the fact of the receipt of a request to the Constitutional Court from opposition factions has become an important socio-political step, which is currently supported, among other things, by public events in Russia.
Recall that the law on the gradual increase in the retirement age in Russia by 5 years, from 60 to 65 for men and from 55 to 60 years for women, was signed by Presidential RF Vladimir Putin on October 3, 2018 and will enter into force on January 1, 2019.
