Общественное движение «Суть времени» повлияло на подачу запроса депутатов Госдумы в Конституционный суд (КС) с требованием проверки соответствия пенсионной реформы Конституции РФ, заявил депутат ростовской гордумы, секретарь ростовского обкома КПРФ по идеологии Игорь Нестеренко 16 декабря на заседании дискуссионного клуба «В поисках смысла», сообщает корреспондент ИА Красная Весна.
«На прошедшей неделе, во многом, кстати говоря, благодаря и вашей позиции (позиции движения «Суть времени“ — прим. ИА Красная Весна), я читаю ваши пресс-релизы и знаю, что вы обращались к Жириновскому с требованием поддержать запрос в Конституционный суд… И иск этот подан в КС», — сказал Нестеренко в ответ на вопрос координатора ростовского отделения движения «Суть времени» Артёма Тарабановского.
Но представитель КПРФ отметил, что буквально за две недели до этого была совсем другая информация: «Мы не были уверены в том, что ЛДПР поддержит этот запрос». Поэтому, по его словам, руководитель юридической службы КПРФ Вадим Соловьёв заявил, что с 1 января партия отберет порядка 200 человек, у которых срок выхода на пенсию — 2019 год.
«Они будут обращаться в пенсионные фонды. Дальше, если им будут отказывать, — в суды. И потом организуют коллективный иск от граждан в Конституционный суд. Но, к счастью, ЛДПР подписала, и теперь мы будем смотреть, что же нам ответит Конституционный суд», — заявил Нестеренко.
Напомним, 5 декабря стало известно, что депутаты Госдумы, принадлежащие к оппозиционным фракциям, подписали обращение в Конституционный суд РФ с требованием обжаловать закон о повышении пенсионного возраста.
Парламентская оппозиция Госдумы набрала необходимое число голосов, а последней к инициативе присоединились депутаты от ЛДПР.
Отметим, в конце октября СМИ сообщили, что представители ЛДПР отказываются поддержать запрос в КС против пенсионной реформы. Но активная гражданская позиция большого числа граждан по всей России, которая проявилась в уличных акциях протеста, организованных движением «Суть времени», и направлении писем оппозиционным депутатам Госдумы с призывом поддержать запрос в КС, заставила ЛДПР пересмотреть свое отношение к продолжению борьбы с пенсионной реформой.
