В движении «Суть времени» знают, как вывести страну из пенсионного кризиса

Пути по выходу из кризиса известны, нужны лишь желание сохранить государство и политическая воля
Один из путей — обложить богатых повышенным налогом и снять налог с бедных.
Как мы видим, при сегодняшней плоской шкале НДФЛ суммарный собираемый налог составляет около 4,25 трлн руб.
А если первые два дециля, как во многих странах, от налога освободить, децилям от третьего до седьмого оставить 13%, восьмому назначить 20%, девятому 30%, а десятому 40%, то суммарный собранный налог будет почти вдвое больше, около 8 трлн руб.
Такой «налоговый маневр», как мы видим, не только полностью снимет заботы правительства об оплате дефицита Пенсионного фонда из бюждета, но и — что тоже важно — существенно облегчит жизнь самым малоимущим нашим гражданам. Но правительство говорит, что менять плоскую шкалу нельзя, потому что богатые — хитрые, и повышенный налог платить вообще перестанут.
Это один тезис из доклада, прочитанного вчера, 3 февраля, вице-президентом Международного общественного фонда «Экспериментальный творческий центр» (ЭТЦ) Юрием Бялым на конференции «Пенсионно-реформаторский зуд власти — последствия и риски». Юрий Бялый — член Политсовета движения «Суть времени» (СВ).

But the government says it’s impossible to change the flat scale, because the rich are cunning, and they cease to pay the increased tax at all.
