Оказывается, что справедливости у нас в стране нет не только по факту, но и по закону. Поддерживаю идею о том, что ее нужно туда прописать и обеспечить ее наличие по факту.

Конституционный суд России (КС РФ), отказав группе депутатов Госдумы РФ в рассмотрении запроса о законности пенсионной реформы, сделал это вынужденно, заявил юрист, эксперт-консультант ведущих российских СМИ Валерий Шахов 11 апреля на конференции в Центре Кургиняна, посвященной решению КС РФ о законности пенсионной реформы.

Упоминается она следующим образом. Это в преамбуле: „Мы, многонациональный народ Российской Федерации, чтя память предков, передавших нам любовь и уважение к Отечеству, веру в добро и справедливость“. То есть, понимаете, в Конституции не просто красивые слова. Это все-таки основной документ, существенный юридический документ, и поэтому есть все основания говорить: что там написано, должно восприниматься в прямом. Так вот. Если восприниматься в прямом, справедливости у нас нет, у нас есть только вера в справедливость, которую мы от предков приняли», — говорит Шахов.
