Затворы Комплекса защитных сооружений г. Санкт-Петербурга (КЗС) для защиты от наводнения закрыты, заявила пресс-служба МЧС по Санкт-Петербургу 15 сентября.
Из-за угрозы нагонного наводнения акваторию Невской губы изолировали от Финского залива. Кронштадтский корабельный фарватер закрыт для следования судов.
При этом автомобильное движение поверх КЗС по Кольцевой автомобильной дороге А-118 продолжается в штатном режиме.
В 17:30 уровень воды в Финском заливе составил +114 см, а за КЗС, в реке Неве у Горного института — +98 см. Опасными являются уровни больше +150 см.
Решение о закрытии дамбы было принято Главным управлением МЧС по Санкт-Петербургу совместно с Дирекцией комплекса защитных сооружений г. Санкт-Петербурга Минстроя РФ.
Напомним, ранее 15 сентября МЧС выдало штормовое предупреждение, сообщив о юго-западном ветре с порывами до 18 м/с в прибрежных районах Санкт-Петербурга.
Напомним, всего за 316-летнюю историю города было отмечено более 300 наводнений. Главная причина — нагон воды западным ветром из Финского залива в реку Неву.
Напомним также, что в 2011 году было закончено строительство КЗС. Годом начала стройки Дирекция КЗС считает 1979-й год. К концу 1980-х строительство было завершено, по экспертным оценкам, на 80%. Стройка была остановлена в 1990-м году, и продолжилась по факту — в 2003-м.
