Я против принятия законопроекта о семейно-бытовом насилии в его текущем виде!
Одна из причин: уже есть адекватные законы и нормы уголовного кодекса (см. статью «Конкуренция норм права — не лучший способ борьбы с насилием» https://rossaprimavera.ru/article/37b7d2ff). Нужно анализировать, опираться на факты и устранять препятствия к работе уже имеющегося механизма, а не придумывать новое. Что, зря законы имеющиеся принимали? Новый тогда тоже легковесен будет.
Я не говорю, что проблема насилия в семье не существует. Я говорю, что предлагаемый Аленой Поповой и компанией законопроект никак не решит ее. В первую очередь потому, что авторы не хотят разбираться, почему не работает текущее законодательство, а сразу намерены его изменить. Сделав его более невнятным.
Просмотрел вчерашнюю заметку на Регнуме от члена Союза журналистов и жены военного в одном лице на эту тему. Заметка, открытое письмо депутатам Госдумы, сумбурна в начале (во втором абзаце вообще противоположные мысли в начале и конце), но с середины дама выруливает на внятную мысль. Она считает, что законопроект не защитит нуждающихся женщин, им же нужна достойная денежная господдержка, а не детские пособия, на которые нельзя прокормить кошку. И если вводить поправки в законы, не касаясь пособий, то нужно ужесточать ответственность должностных лиц за выполнение уже имеющихся законов.
