На прошлой неделе посетил свой третий #амоконф. В двух словах о том, что это - это такая поп-конференция для всех желающих, где выступают бизнес-спикеры. Сейчас такого становится больше, три года назад же это был прорыв - "на поболтать" собрали Олимпийский!
Проводит все это дело компания amoCRM, соответственно их выступление идет первым:) Последние два года билеты стали продавать, но достать бесплатные все еще не проблема. Само мероприятие, понятно, для оргов глубоко убыточно.
В этом году конференция переехала в ДС Мегаспорт в связи с трагическим закрытием СК Олимпийский. Что сказать - обстоятельства. Минусы дворца: меньшая вместимость, плохая видимость экранов из верхних секторов, идиотская ситуация с организацией лобби - с третьего на второй этаж можно попасть только через уличный пандус. А ведь на втором этаже проходит экспо. В итоге люди сдавали одежду, выясняли это и забирали ее обратно - очень глупо.
Хочу сказать пару слов про каждого спикера, так что устраивайтесь поудобнее. Сразу скажу, что в этом году состав мне показался самым скучным..
Михаил Токовинин (amoCRM) - этот выступающий всегда мне очень нравится. Отличная речь, приятный голос, качественные презентации. Как результат, далекому от crm человеку (такому как мне) слушать весьма интересно. Из забавного: они выпустили корпоративный мессенджер amo, в котором есть функция перевода аудиосообщений в текст, браво!))
Артемий Лебедев - была заявлена тема выступления "как руководить если ты все время путешествуешь", но по факту спикер отходил от темы достаточно далеко и надолго. Мне нравится Лебедев и его соображения, но в целом большую часть того что он говорил уже была в его блоге
Ильдар Хусаинов ("Этажи") - никогда не читал про эту компанию. Очень вдохновенный селфмейд, любопытно. Из забавного: очень трогательно рассказал что много лет не был в отпуске, "потому что и не хотелось, ведь оторваться невозможно"))
А. Ивлеева - хм, смешанные чувства. С одной стороны, ее карьера это мощь, тут не поспоришь. Вообще мне топ.блогеры очень интересны. У нее же и кроме инсты куча работы. С другой стороны, ее выступления всегда вызывают отторжение и не совсем понятно, связано это с какими-то моими личными внутренними комплексами, либо же с тем, что Ивлеева реально отвратительна, этого я не знаю ))
Олег Туманов (ivi.ru) - пожалуй, самое интересное выступление. О том, как первыми начать продавать кино в интернете за деньги, когда все его скачивают - это было действительно любопытно. IVI - старая компания. Помню, читал интервью с их CEO Анной Знаменской.. в 2010-2011 году примерно. Тогда это все выглядело как полная дичь. Сейчас же кинотеатры "Синемапарк" и "Формула кино" переводятся под бренд okko (история из лагеря конкурентов), поскольку это "значительно более узнаваемый бренд".. вот такие дела
Александр Друзь (?!) - самое странное выступление. Я сильно удивился, когда Друзь был заявлен. Еще больше удивился, когда практически сразу после этого появилась эта история о том, что Друзь пытался купить победу в другой игре. Вот лично я про Друзя не слышал уже лет 20 ) Такое ощущение, что Александр нанял какого-то модного пиарщика и вовсю хайпует. Само выступление - самое странное из всех амоконфов. Формат как-то предполагает, что выступает личность, которая делится своим личным опытом и кейсами. Вот Александр мог бы рассказать, кого из видеоблогеров он нанял для пиара и это было бы любопытно)) Вместо этого была какая-то лекция по психологии трат.. Ну, неплохая наверное, но причем тут Друзь. Признаюсь честно, на середине меня вырубило и до следующего спикера проспал.
Михаил Гончаров (Теремок) - так уж вышло, что основатель "Теремка" сильно прославился своим бубнением о том, что плохой макдональдс продается лучше, а он терпит убытки)) Меня сильно удивило, что при этом был показан график о том, что закрыто было всего лишь два теремка. Вообще слушать было интересно да и бизнес очень крутой. А еще понял, что ни разу не ел в Теремке. Блины и гречка меня не вдохновляют)
Помимо спикеров немножечко выступали музыканты: Елка (в который раз) и "Город 312" первый раз.
Елка была когда-то протеже Влада Валова и занималось чем-то типа хип-хопа, была никому не нужна, а потом нашла себе попсового продюсера, спела про Прованс и вышла на орбиту.. Мне нравится соответствие этой истории духу конференции)
Город-312. Организаторы не поленились и выставили полный звук ради двух песен. Очень странно было слушать живое выступление группы в замершем зале.. зато сразу такой хороший звук))
Итог. Конфа живет и развивается. Рад что сходил, пойду и в следующий раз. Но замечу, что в прошлые годы были такие спикеры, как Оливер Хьюс (CEO Тинькофф), Федор Овчинников (Додо), Дмитрий Ловейко (человек который сделал бизнес-империю планетарного масштаба из мультфильма "Маша и медведь"), Дудь, Шнуров (выступление было правда отстой), и даже Стив Возняк!

This year the conference moved to DC Megasport due to the tragic closure of the Olympic Stadium. What to say - circumstances. Cons of the palace: less capacity, poor visibility of screens from the upper sectors, idiotic situation with the organization of the lobby - from the third to the second floor can only be reached through a street ramp. But on the second floor passes expo. In the end, people handed over their clothes, found out and took them back - very stupid.
I want to say a few words about each speaker, so make yourself comfortable. I must say that this year the composition seemed to me the most boring ..
Mikhail Tokovinin (amoCRM) - I always like this speaker a lot. Excellent speech, pleasant voice, high-quality presentations. As a result, a person far from crm (such as me) is very interesting to listen to. From the funny: they released amo corporate messenger, which has the function of translating audio messages into text, bravo!))
Artemy Lebedev - the topic of the speech "how to lead if you travel all the time" was stated, but in fact the speaker was moving away from the topic long enough. I like Lebedev and his ideas, but in general, most of what he said has already been in his blog
Ildar Khusainov ("Etazhi") - never read about this company. Very inspired self-made, curious. From the funny: very touchingly told that he hadn’t been on vacation for many years, “because he didn’t want to, because it’s impossible to break away”))
A. Ivleeva - hmm, mixed feelings. On the one hand, her career is power, you can not argue here. In general, top-bloggers are very interesting to me. She has the same except for insta a lot of work. On the other hand, her performances always cause rejection and it is not entirely clear, it is connected with some of my personal internal complexes, or because Ivleeva is really disgusting, I don’t know))
Oleg Tumanov (ivi.ru) - perhaps the most interesting presentation. It was really curious how to be the first to start selling movies on the Internet for money when everyone downloads it. IVI is an old company. I remember reading interviews with their CEO Anna Znamenskaya .. in 2010-2011 approximately. Then it all looked like a complete game. Now cinema "Cinemapark" and "Formula Kino" are translated under the brand okko (history from the camp of competitors), since this is a "much more recognizable brand" .. these are the cases
Alexander Druz (?!) Is the strangest performance. I was very surprised when Druz was declared. I was even more surprised when this story appeared almost immediately after that Drud was trying to buy a victory in another game. Here I personally about Friends have not heard for 20 years already. It seems that Alexander has hired some fashionable PR person and is doing his work. The performance itself is the strangest of all Acons. The format somehow suggests that a person is speaking, who shares his personal experience and cases. Here, Alexander could tell which of the video bloggers he hired for public relations, and that would be curious)) Instead, there was some kind of lecture on the psychology of spending .. Well, probably not bad, but where is Friends. I confess honestly, I was knocked out in the middle and slept until the next speaker.
Mikhail Goncharov (Teremok) - it just so happened that the founder of "Teremka" was very famous for his drone that bad McDonalds sold better, and he suffers losses)) I was very surprised that at the same time the chart was shown that it was closed only two towers. In general, it was interesting to listen and the business is very cool. And I realized that I had never eaten in Teremka. Pancakes and buckwheat do not inspire me)
