РЕПОСТ! В связи с последними событиями решил написать обращение Главе КБР. Текст обращения см ниже. Прошу всех неравнодушных сделать то же самое. Это не займёт много времени.

Из комментариев представителей профильных комитетов и властных структур к принятому во втором чтении проекту базового закона «Об образовании в РФ» (текста которого пока в открытом доступе нет) следует, что государство гарантирует получение образования только на русском языке. В том числе и на территориях республик РФ, где государственными наравне с русским являются и национальные языки этих республик. То есть вопреки Конституции РФ, гарантирующей всем народам право на сохранение родного языка, создание условий для его изучения и развития (Статья 68), государство не берёт на себя ответственность за предоставление возможности получения на родном языке ни основного общего образования (в ныне действующем варианте закона этот пункт прописан), ни начального общего, ни даже дошкольного. По сути новый вариант закона носит дискриминационный характер по отношению к коренным народам РФ – жителям национальных республик. В связи с этим обращаюсь к Вам, как к Главе КБР и гаранту Конституции, с требованием предпринять все необходимые меры для недопущения принятия столь несправедливого и ущемляющего права граждан закона.

From the comments of representatives of relevant committees and power structures to the draft of the basic law “On Education in the Russian Federation” adopted in the second reading (the text of which is not yet openly available), the state guarantees that education will be provided only in Russian. Including in the territories of the republics of the Russian Federation, where the national languages of these republics are on a par with the Russian. That is, contrary to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which guarantees all peoples the right to preserve their native language, create conditions for its study and development (Article 68), the state does not assume responsibility for providing the opportunity to receive basic general education in their native language (in the current version of the law this item is spelled out), neither primary general, nor even preschool. In fact, the new version of the law is discriminatory in relation to the indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation - residents of national republics. In this regard, I appeal to you, as the Head of the CBD and the guarantor of the Constitution, with a demand to take all necessary measures to prevent the adoption of such an unfair and prejudicial law on citizens.
