Этот рисунок на стене наглядно напоминает о том, что весь центр Варшавы отстроен заново за каких-то 10-15 лет после того, как немецкие захватчики фактически стерли его с лица земли нещадными бомбежками. Восстановлено всё с особой точностью, словно никакой войны и не было: украшательства фасадов, рисунки на стенах, мансардный крыши с завитушками...
Вот тут снимаю шляпу перед польской нацией - так сплотиться и отстроить всё заново в историческом облике - это поистине доказать, что мир сильнее войны.

This picture on the wall clearly reminds that the entire center of Warsaw was rebuilt over some 10-15 years after the German invaders virtually wiped it off the face of the earth with merciless bombing. Everything has been restored with great accuracy, as if there was no war: the decoration of the facades, the drawings on the walls, the attic roof with curls ...
Here I take off my hat in front of the Polish nation - to unite and rebuild everything in historical form - this is truly to prove that peace is stronger than war.
