Это - симптомы дизентерии, которые были зафиксированы у 10 детей 3-5 летнего возраста в детском саду при школе № 1095 в ноябре 2017 года. Еду в сад поставляет компания "Московский школьник", которую СМИ связывают с Евгением Пригожиным.
"Московский школьник" - это та самая компания, которая подала в суд на меня, Навального и ФБК иск на 1,5 млрд рублей с требованием удалить видео-интервью экс-сотрудницы компании об антисанитарии на предприятии питания. После моих публикаций о массовых отравлениях детей едой в детских садах Москвы в декабре 2018 года, ко мне обратилась мама пострадавших детей из детского сада при школе в Северо-Восточном административном округе - Татьяна Литовкина. Получается, это уже 4 округ Москвы, в котором были зафиксированы случаи массовой дизентерии в детских садах. В феврале 2018 года от отравлений пострадали дети ЮАО г. Оба ребенка Татьяны ходили в один детский сад. В ноябре 2017 года оба перенесли серьезные заболевания. У сына - подтвержденный анализ "Шегеллез Флекснера 2А, тип В, тяжелая форма", у дочки - острый инфекционный гастроэнетоколит неуточненной этиологии, среднетяжелая форма.
Ситуация в этом саду была ровно такая же как и в других, где происходили отравления: администрация сада всячески скрывала заболевания, врачи поликлиник ставили детям диагнозы ОРВИ. Родители самостоятельно бились за здоровье своих пострадавших детей.
Кроме Татьяны еще 2 мамы подтвердили, что их дети также были заражены дизентерией в тот же период. В документах Роспотребнадзора фигурируют 10 пострадавших воспитанников детского сада.
Сейчас на руках у Татьяны есть все факты, доказывающие вину московской школы и поставщика питания ООО "Московский школьник" в заболевании своих детей. Например, ответ из Бабушкиной межрайонной прокуратуры г. Москвы от 21 ноября 2018 года, где указано, что в результате санитарно-эпидемиологического расследования и в деятельности ГБОУ Школа № 1095, и в деятельности ООО "Московский школьник" выявлены нарушения правил законодательства о санитарно-эпидемиологическом благополучия населения. Также есть письмо Роспотребнадзора по СВАО г. Москвы прокурору СВАО, где зафиксированы конкретные нарушения санитарно-эпидемиологических правил: отсутствует раковина для мытья рук, записи в медкнижках о прививках от дизентерии и др.
И самое главное: в том же письме Роспотребнадзора (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1I34WCgC-HxK1vqYP09h416Ohuk7HGFx8?usp=sharing) указано, что в ноябре 2017 года получены положительные результаты на дизентерию у 4 сотрудников детского сада и 2 работников пищеблока (сотрудники ООО "Московский школьник") - повара и заведующей производством. Причем последняя даже признана виновной в совершении административного правонарушения согласно постановлению о назначении административного наказания № 30-01810 от 07.12.2017 г. Запись об этом есть в постановлении о передаче дела по подследственности в отдел МВД России по Бабушкиному району г. Москвы. В документе также говорится, что источником инфекции мог послужить сотрудник, перетаривавший бутилированную воду из заводской упаковки в графины для питьевой воды.
Все эти документы сейчас находятся в суде. А у меня на руках также письменные показания Литовкиной, которая дала их у нотариуса.
В марте этого года Татьяна подала в суд на школу и ООО "Московский школьник", требуя компенсации морального вреда в связи с причинением вреда здоровью ее детей, которые ходили в московский сад:

Both Tatyana's children went to the same kindergarten. In November 2017, both suffered serious illnesses. The son has a confirmed analysis of “Shegellosis Flexner 2A, Type B, severe form”, the daughter has an acute infectious gastroenocolitis of unspecified etiology, a moderate form.
The situation in this garden was exactly the same as in others where the poisonings took place: the administration of the garden in every possible way concealed diseases, the doctors of the polyclinics diagnosed SARS for children. Parents fought for the health of their affected children on their own.

For example, a response from the Babushkina interdistrict prosecutor’s office in Moscow dated November 21, 2018, stating that as a result of the sanitary-epidemiological investigation both in the activities of the State Budget Educational Establishment School No. 1095 and in the activities of Moscow Schoolboy LLC, violations of the rules of the legislation on the sanitary-epidemiological well-being of the population. There is also a letter from the Rospotrebnadzor in the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow to the prosecutor of the North-Eastern Administrative District, which recorded specific violations of the sanitary and epidemiological rules: there is no sink for washing hands, records in medical books about vaccinations against dysentery, etc.

There is a record of this in the decision on the transfer of the case under investigation to the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Babushkino district of Moscow. The document also says that the source of the infection could be an employee who recycle bottled water from the factory packaging into decanters for drinking water.
