Сегодня прошло еще одно заседание по иску мамы детей, отравленных в детском саду в 2017 году. Семья судится с компанией-организатором питания "Московским школьником", которую СМИ связывают с Евгением Пригожиным, и школой, к которой и относится детский сад. Требуют признать вину и выплатить компенсацию за ущерб здоровью деток.

Сейчас я представляю интересы данной семьи в суде. Сегодня прошло очередное судебное заседание.
Позиция московской школы по иску: провокатор Навального хочет денег. Максимально конструктивно защищают интересы подопечных детей, что сказать.
Позиция "Московского школьника": мы не виноваты.
Но если никто не виноват, то каким образом 10 детей в возрасте 3-5 лет заболели дизентерией?
В деле есть документы из Роспотребнадзора, данные эпидемиологического расследования (см. приложенное фото): дизентерия выявлена у повара и заведующего производством. А это - сотрудники "Московского школьника".
Сегодня суд отложили по нашему ходатайству о вызове родителей других отравленных детей в качестве свидетелей на 9 июля в 15:30. Рассмотрение будет в Бабушкинском районном суде города Москвы. Буду держать в курсе о ходе дела.
Ситуация с некачественным и небезопасным питанием в детских садах касается всех москвичей.

Another meeting was held today on the lawsuit of the mother of children poisoned in kindergarten in 2017. The family is suing the Moscow schoolboy, the organizer of the food, which the media associate with Yevgeny Prigozhin, and the school, to which the kindergarten belongs. They demand to admit guilt and pay compensation for damage to the health of children.

In the case, there are documents from Rospotrebnadzor, data from an epidemiological investigation (see attached photo): dysentery was detected by the cook and the production manager. And these are the employees of the Moscow Schoolboy.
Today, the court was postponed at our request to call the parents of other poisoned children as witnesses on July 9 at 15:30. The consideration will be in the Babushkinskiy District Court of Moscow. I will keep up to date on the progress of the matter.
The situation with poor and unsafe food in kindergartens applies to all Muscovites.
