НАРУШЕНИЯ ПРОЦЕДУРЫ ВЫБОРОВ И ФАЛЬСИФИКАЦИЯ РЕЗУЛЬТАТОВ НЕ ЗАТРАГИВАЮТ ПРАВА ИЗБИРАТЕЛЕЙ
Сергей Пархоменко: Полномочным представителем Президента РФ в Конституционном Суде работает Кротов Михаил Валентинович. Я, признаться, сегодня впервые в жизни видел его в деле.
И должен сказать, что это совершенно сногсшибательный персонаж.
Он произнес сегодня примерно часовую речь, причем зачитывал ее в ураганном темпе. Так что объем текста там был просто колоссальный, страниц 50, я думаю.
Смысл этой речи заключался в том, что Михаил Валентинович последовательно и с очень сильным апломбом, очень большой уверенностью в себе ПОДТВЕРДИЛ все те обвинения и подозрения, которые высказывают в своих заявлениях те люди, чьи избирательные права систематически отказываются защищать российские суды:
- да, избирательные права гражданина ЗАКАНЧИВАЮТСЯ в тот момент, когда он опускает бюллетень в урну;
- да, гражданин может жаловаться на то, что его воля была искажена, только в том случае, когда способен доказать, что неправильно учтен или вообще не учтен был ИМЕННО ЕГО бюллетень, а поскольку пометить свой бюллетень он не может, так и доказать ничего невозможно в принципе;
- да, избирателей НЕ ДОЛЖНО ИНТЕРЕСОВАТЬ, что там пишут и переписывают в протоколах об итогах голосования, потому что туда вправе заглядывать только представители кандидатов или политических партий, защищающие свой собственный политический интерес, а больше никого, и уж тем более самого голосующего, эти циферки не касаются;
- да, жалобы на нарушения избирательной процедуры и фальсификацию итогов выборов ОЧЕНЬ УТРУЖДАЮТ российские суды, и мешают им делать другую, более важную работу;
- и наконец, НЕТ, НАРУШЕНИЯ ПРОЦЕДУРЫ ВЫБОРОВ И ФАЛЬСИФИКАЦИЯ РЕЗУЛЬТАТОВ НЕ ЗАТРАГИВАЕТ ПРАВА ИЗБИРАТЕЛЕЙ, а должна беспокоить только избираемых, то есть кандидатов и политические партии.
То есть человек хладнокровно подтверждает все то, в чем его обвиняют, и на этом строит свою защиту.

- yes, a citizen can complain that his will was distorted only if he is able to prove that his ballot was EXACTLY taken into account or not taken into account at all, and since he can’t mark his ballot, it’s impossible to prove anything basically;
- yes, voters SHOULD NOT BE INTERESTED in what they write and rewrite in the protocols on the results of the vote, because only representatives of candidates or political parties who defend their own political interest are entitled to look in there, and more than anyone else, and even more so the person voting, these figures do not concern;
- yes, complaints of violations of the electoral procedure and falsification of election results are VERY HARD to Russian courts and prevent them from doing other, more important work;
