Хочу поделиться информацией, тем более среди вас есть много политически-активных людей. Письмо моего знакомого про членов избиркома с решающем голосом.

"Как известно, закон о выборах претерпел изменения.
Теперь члены избирательных комиссий с правом решающего голоса утверждаются не на время выборов, а на 5 лет, на протяжении которых ведут работу на выборах.
Кто такой член комиссии с решающимголосом?
Он участвует в работе комиссии с первого дня начала подготовки к выборам до окончания выборов: принимает участие в заседаниях комиссии перед выборами, ведет выдачу открепительных удостоверений, готовит бюллетени, во время выборов регистрирует голосующих и выдает им бюллетени, по окончании дня голосования принимает участие в подсчете бюллетеней и погашении не использованных бюллетеней, а по окончании подсчета голосов подписывает итоговый протокол вместе с остальными членами комиссии. Т.е. без его подписи протокол по участку не действителен.
Также надо сказать, что установлен единый день голосования – второе воскресенье сентября. Ближайший день голосования очень важен для одинцовцев, т.к. они будут выбиратьгубернатора Московской области идепутатов городского совета депутатов г.Одинцово.
В связи с этим лично я задумался об участии в этих выборах, ведь от их результата будет зависеть, как мы будем жить ближайшие годы и для кого в городе будет что-либо делаться.
Это было вступление. А теперь главное.
Очень прошу принять решение по своему членству в избирательной комиссии. Лично я могу предложить такие варианты:
1. Подача документов на членство от партии «КПРФ». Мне позвонил и прислал такое предложение координатор проекта «Гражданин Наблюдатель» (http://nabludatel.org/) по одинцовскому району
2. Подача документов на членство от партии «Яблоко». На днях я встречался с их представителем, на которой мне предложили такой вариант и сообщили о намерении восстановить силу партии в Одинцовском районе и выдвинуть своих кандидатов на выборах в совет депутатов, если конечно мы (активные граждане) согласны поддержать.
3. Подача документов на членство об общественной организации «Принцип» (http://princip1.livejournal.com/ ). Я знаю создателя и председателя этой организации. Он одинцовец, активно и успешно ведет судебные процессы по взысканию с недобросовестных застройщиков, обманывающих покупателей новых квартир. Также сотрудничает с экоактивистами и защитниками Химкинского леса.
Член комиссии по закону на время выборов освобождается от работы на основном месте работы с сохранением заработной платы, а также не может быть привлечен к ответственности, кроме как с санкции прокурора.
Эти три варианта расположены по шансам получения удостоверения члена комиссии. КПРФ – парламентская партия и потому по их спискам регистрируют в первую очередь, наравне с другими парламентскими партиями. «Яблоко» – не парламентская партия, а потому ее спискам буду уделять внимание во вторую очередь. «Принцип» - согласно закону ее будут рассматривать после КПРФ и Яблока. В принципе, если говорить о том, что необходимо провести работу направленную на исключение фальсификаций, то не важно от кого идти, главное попасть в комиссию и чтобы член комиссии действительно был патриотом того места, где он живет, имел желание что-то делать для своего города.
Помимо регистрации членом комиссии можно зарегистрироваться в резерв, это тоже нововведение. Из резерва будут утверждаться члены в случае, если кто-то из основного состава не смог принять участие в работе комиссии по какой-либо причине.
Думать долго нам не дадут, сроки – 20 декабря.
Жду ответа с решением до 19 декабря.
Прошу отнестись к этому серьезно. Наблюдателей мы потом тоже найдем, своих, надежных, в паре с которыми будем работать на участках. Но сейчас главное честные и справедливые одинцовцы в членах комиссии, ради города, ради своих близких, ради себя. Не занятые нами места займут люди удобные тем, кто сейчас у власти. Не забудьте про своих родных, друзей, которые может быть ждут предложения принять участие в жизни их города и страны.

3. Submission of membership documents about the public organization "Principle" (http://princip1.livejournal.com/). I know the creator and chairman of this organization. He is a single father, actively and successfully conducting lawsuits to recover from unscrupulous developers who deceive buyers of new apartments. Also collaborates with eco-activists and defenders of the Khimki forest.
A member of the commission under the law is exempted from work at the main place of work while maintaining wages for the time of the election, and also cannot be prosecuted, except with the permission of the prosecutor.
These three options are located according to the chance of obtaining a certificate of a member of the commission. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation is a parliamentary party and therefore, according to their lists, they are registered first of all, along with other parliamentary parties. Yabloko is not a parliamentary party, and therefore I will pay attention to its lists secondarily. “Principle” - according to the law, it will be considered after the Communist Party and Yabloko. In principle, if we say that it is necessary to carry out work aimed at eliminating fraud, it does not matter who you go from, the main thing is to get into the commission and that the member of the commission really be a patriot of the place where he lives, has a desire to do something for his cities.
