Происходят просто замечательные вещи. Вот так вот - раз и отменяют строительство сразу трех
переправ через Неву.
Строительство Ново-Адмиралтейского моста - потому что он уж слишком в центре города. Моста
через Серный остров - потому что слишком в промзонах. А Орловского тоннеля, видимо, потому
что если петербуржцы смогут свободно попадать ночью с одного берега Невы на другой, то это
станет очередной пощечиной культурному наследию и традициям города. А щеки у них и так
горят, это всем известно.
Причем мост через Серный остров, как выясняется, нужен только девелоперам и не способен
решить транспортных проблем. Насколько я понял - это из-за того, что ни один уважающий себя
петербуржец не поедет через депрессивные промзоны.
И, казалось бы, сложно найти территории в городе, прокладывать дороги через которые сложнее,
чем через промзоны. Которые, как по мне, можно сносить бульдозером без тени... уж не знаю
чего там тени должен вызывать снос промзон.
Но! Есть ещё пустыри в районе КАД. Там дороги прокладывать - это вообще нереальное занятие,
потому что зверюшкам будет негде жить. А это значит, что два с половиной зайца и три полевые
мышки начнут заполонять город и терроризировать жителей окраинных районов, которые и так
пребывают в непроходящей депрессии из-за того, что им приходится (из-за болванов,
проэктировавших дороги раньше) попадать домой проезжая через промзоны.
И, в конце то концов, кажется вполне очевидным, что все проблемы с жкх, низким уровнем жизни
и социального обеспечения - они из за необходимости раз за разом оказываться окруженным
депрессивностью промзон, которые, в свою очередь, никак нельзя подвинуть, ввиду их
невероятной исторической ценности. И вот тут становится ясно, что город наш, в своем
развитии, зашел в глухой тупик.
Единственным выходом из него мне видится только следующее действие:
Нужно срочно раскрасить все заводы, заборы вокруг них и пустующие складские помещения яркими красками, веселыми рожицами и, конечно же птичками, которых все любят.
А главное, что в этом деле, скорее всего, удастся обойтись без концессионеров и вообще
большее, что потребуется - это небольшой откат на закупках краски, валиков и кистей.
Думаю, что не помешает ещё расставить каждые два квартала по коробке с котятами. Котята ведь всем должны поднимать настроение, так?
