Тревожные данные?
На первый взгляд кажется, что да... Вероятные причины - сокращение села, но, как видим из данных по распределению сельского и городского населения - вовсе нет, процентное соотношение не сильно менялось (данные Росстат на картинке). Второй, и самый важный фактор - кол-во детей, оно действительно уменьшилось на треть, как и количество школ.
68.1 - 44.1 = 22 22/68,1 = 0,32 * 100 = 32%
30148 - 22203 = 7945 7945/30148 = 0,27 * 100 = 27%
Где, 30148 и 22203 - это общее кол-во детей по трём возрастам из данных Росстат.
Получается, что в целом, цифры сильно коррелируют. Другое дело, что уменьшение школ идёт планово, каждый год на 2-3 тыс школ меньше, а количество детей убывает не так быстро, казалось бы, действуют опережающими темпами, но нет, просто уменьшается кол-во сельских школ (всё-таки, процент уменьшения сельского населения присутствует, хоть оно и маленький), в некоторых городах из двух школ делают одну (такое сделали в моём городе)... Поэтому и цифры такие.
Конечно, стоит отметить и тот факт, что за последние 3 года кол-во школ, судя по этому графику уменьшалось не так резко, как кажется на первый взгляд, уменьшение составило всего 600 школ за 1 года (с 2013 по 2014-й), т.к. в этот год произошло восстановление населения, что мы видим из графиков Росстат.
