Кто-то мне сказал, что мы влияем на весь мир, даже если просто комментируем посты в ВК. Наверное, оправдать своё ничегонеделание можно и таким способом), но я всё же выскажусь по поводу передачи Исаакиевского собора РПЦ. Т.к. тема эта затрагивает всех нас без исключения.
Почему нельзя передавать собор РПЦ:
1. Собор никогда не был собственностью РПЦ
2. Собор является музеем и привлекает туристов как музей, туристы платят за вход, собор является прибыльным музеем, генерирует около 700 млн рублей каждый год, часть из которых идёт на поддержку музейной инфраструктуры России. Туристов около 2,3 млн, против 20 тыс прихожан ежегодно.
3. В Соборе и так проводятся службы, 2 раза в день, на них от силы приходит 30 человек. Собор открыт для посещения верующими и их права не ущемляются.
4. Собор, если станет частью РПЦ, коей никогда не являлся, перестанет быть коммерческим предприятием с прибылью, и, таким образом, начнёт нуждаться в дотациях, которые платить будем мы, из бюджета, а также на содержание людей из РПЦ в нём.
5. Собор является культурным наследием и не может быть передан какой-либо организации, а должен являться достоянием всех граждан РФ, как часть культурного наследия. И верующих и неверующих и представителей других конфессий. на Собор потрачено очень много государственных средств из бюджета РИ, СССР и РФ.
6. Передача гос имущества РПЦ не даёт своих плодов, например, после передачи Новодевичьего монастыря РПЦ некоторые ценности пришли в упадок, т.к. РПЦ не может контролировать работы по реконструкции... Должным образом не может.
7. Денежные средства, поступающие на Собор, скорее всего, будут разворованы, т.к. контроля не будет, за государственной структурой возможен контроль как со стороны министерства, так и со стороны граждан, а церковь отделена от гос-ва, поэтому контролировать церковь не может никто, ни граждане, ни государства и куда будут идти деньги - неизвестно.
8. Обратно вернуть законным не получится... А это - самое печальное, случись что, РПЦ не будет возвращать Собор, а просто попросит ещё денег.
Известны случаи ущемления прав музеев после передачи:
"«Один из старейших музеев Верхней Волги всегда испытывал дефицит площадей, но ситуация усугубилась после передачи 31 декабря 2010 года в ведение Русской Православной Церкви здания Спасо-Преображенского собора.
