Хотя уже на 18:30 МСК явка 57,74%. На 18:41 уже 58,51%.
В 2012-м итоговая явка была 65,3%.
Это самый главный показатель сейчас для Кремля (отнюдь не проценты для Путина, они будут около 70), если явка была бы ниже этого - это был бы провал, теперь же им можно с гордостью заявлять, что выборы состоялись и они успешны и всё такое прочее...
Т.е. сейчас для них главное это 70/70. 70% за Путина при 70%-ной явке - это будет их успех. Т.е. чтобы полстраны проголосовало за Путина.
