Тут прям чёрным по белому сказано, для чего конкретно эта система разрабатывается и под что выделяются 2 млрд... Под телеграм), который никак не могут и не осиливают блочить. Но мы же с вами знаем, как отразились на IT-отрасли предыдущие попытки заблочить телеграм). И также знаем, как аудитория мессенджера увеличились из-за пиара)) и стала сейчас даже выше, чем была в моменты блокировок в пиковое время.
Но если такую систему введу, то, вероятно, телеграм может деградировать, хотя он даже в Китае работает. Они тупо поломают интернет, увеличат стоимость услуг и замедлят скорость, т.к. эта система будет фильтровать... + маршруты будут неоптимальными, насколько я понимаю.
Блин, сколько у меня было фейспалмов), пока читал этот пост)), мол, угрозы, извне, да ни разу извне интернет никому не отключали, сами страны отключали себе, а извне не было таких прецедентов. Кажется, было с Сирией, но там, похоже, было иное. Не помню уже в деталях. В Египте сами власти отрубали. В Сирии, кажется, тоже.
