Мне в прошлом году пришло письмо из налоговой, что, мол, барышня, а у вас недостача по мзде в государство, и сумма 60 000 ???? Я в легком недоумении, как же так, я очень щепетильна в этом вопросе. Бегу в налоговую со всеми платежными поручениями, что всё у меня аки кристалл прозрачно. Выясняем, что дражайший бухгалтер мой не те КБК (кто платит налоги, поймёт, что это за зверь) и указал. Ну выясняли, утрясли, а пока шли выяснения по предписанию письма, решили заплатить сумму недостачи по правильным КБК, чтобы пени не пошли.⠀

И вот, некоторое время спустя, таки решила заплаченные повторно налоги вернуть. Я честно пришла в середине мая, потому что уже прошла отчетность за год, и в системе отражены все платежи. Заказываю у специалиста сверку расчетов, и тут меня ждёт подарок невиданной щедрости: бОльшая сумма.⠀

С чего бы это? Всё очень просто. Я тупо переплатила налогов больше: где-то в системе не были учтены вычеты по ОПС или ОМС, а с каких-то доходов налог оплачен дважды. Это банальная механическая ошибка, которая может случиться с каждым. ⠀

А теперь инструкция, как вернуть. Чтобы понять есть ли переплата, идём налоговую, берём сверку расчетов, и вуза-ля. Дальше 2 варианта: оставляем сумму и не платим налоги на сумму переплаты или заявление в свободной форме о возврате. И ждём 30 дней. ⠀

Why's that? Everything is very simple. I stupidly overpaid more taxes: somewhere in the system the deductions for OPS or CHI were not taken into account, and for some income the tax was paid twice. This is a commonplace mechanical error that can happen to anyone. ⠀

And now instructions on how to return. To understand if there is an overpayment, we go tax, we take a reconciliation of calculations, and the university. Then there are 2 options: we leave the amount and do not pay taxes on the amount of the overpayment or a free-form return application. And we are waiting 30 days. ⠀
