Если вы еще не в курсе дела Оюба Титиева, то... в общем, надо быть в курсе, даже если вас это "не интересует". Это дело хорошо показывает, как обстоят дела с уголовщиной и правосудием в отдельно взятых регионах РФ. А также - почему, например, не стоит ждать доходов от "Курортов Северного Кавказа".
Короче, челу из чеченского "Мемориала" (!!! да, бывают настолько отважные люди) во время "досмотра" без понятых подкидывают наркоту и везут писать бумажку. Привозят в отделение, и тут он говорит, что понятых в протоколе нет (соответственно, протокол силы не имеет). Берут его, новых "понятых", отвозят на первоначальное место, "оформляют". Понятно, что сейчас менты говорят, что задерживали его 1 раз. А чувак - что 2. И все, что нужно сделать - посмотреть камеры и понять, что чел невиновен, а менты - уголовники. НО! Камеры ментов оказались неисправны, как и все !!! 15 камер по пути их следования. Теперь допрашивают ВСЕХ ментов этого участка, чтобы они все сказали, что не задерживали Титиева. Причем, чтобы он не мог воспользоваться их показаниями, им приказали на все его вопросы отвечать "не помню". Доходит до смешного - менты "не помнят", как приходят на работу, на машинах какого цвета ездят и т.п.
Оюб Титиев 8 месяцев сидит в СИЗО "под следствием". !!! 8, с*ка, месяцев, расследуют пакет марихуаны в машине и 15 одновременно сломавшихся камер.

Причем, понимаете, ФОРМАЛЬНО его вообще можно признать виновным, потому что у него НЕТ видео с камер, а их отсутствие не является доказательством невиновности. А слова 60 ментов, что каждый из них "не задерживал" - являются. А то, что они ничего больше не помнят - не является ничем. Ведь никакой закон не запрещает ломаться пятнадцати камерам одновременно, а 60 людям в погонах - синхронно забывать как ходить на горшок.
А понятия "здравый смысл" в законах РФ нет.
Потом Путина спросят, что с Титиевым, а он вам скажет, что там все "по закону". Поэтому запомните навсегда этот случай как пример того, как здравый смысл отступает перед "буквой закона".
