ОРВИ, СУДОРОГИ, БОЛЬНИЦА.
пост для тех, кто ещё ни разу не был в больнице, и вообще памятка для себя.
предыстория: в начале декабря ставили прививку ХИБ. через никаких симптомов не было. на 3 день немного поднялась температура после яслей. оставили дома, на 4 день уже была высокая температура 39. диагноз - ангина с осложнениями. какая-то бактерия обсыпала горло. пока не стали давать кандид, температура не сбивалась. лечились антибиотиками, противобактериальным, лактобактерином для пузика.
вылечились, 2 дня отходили в ясли (ёлку пропустили, конечно:((( но что делать). опять стала немного температура подниматься. под НГ был с соплями. но чуть-чуть. ничем не лечились, кроме промывания носа. но иммунитета уже не было. но я не связываю вторую болезнь с первой и тем более с прививкой.
2 числа утром было 36,6. вечером уже 38. стали сбивать ибупрофеном. на след день выросла до 38,5. плохо сбивалась. руки-ноги холодные. дали но-шпу 1\3. но не успела подействовать. резкий скачок до 39,8 и как итог СУДОРОГИ. это было страшно. я орала "Миша, Миша", и пыталась одновременно позвонить в скорую (как долго они брали трубку! аж 30 секунд. но для меня они были вечностью) и папе, чтоб бежал из магазина домой.
ВАЖНО: при судорогах надо следить за ребенком. врачи потом будут спрашивать как именно протекали судороги. как напрягался, трясся ли при напряжении, сколько был без сознания(у нас 5 минут без сознания). это важно для определения типа судорог. не смотря на весь испуг, запоминайте что за чем следует., какая температура была. дышит ли.
скорая приехала через 20 минут. поставили литический укол, всего ощупали, расспросили меня. и отвезли в НИИ Инфекций на Петроградке. больница новая, врачи скорой сказали, что это лучшее что нам вообще могли предложить. взяли кровь, мазок из носа, заполнили документы, положили. из-за праздников каждый день был новый дежурный врач. то есть лечащего врача так и не было. при этом сказали следить самостоятельно за температурой, а градусник 1 на сестринский пост. то есть 2 градусника на отделение, ещё и электронные - врут сильно. и надо за ним сходить, потом вернуть. в первую ночь темп поднималась до 38,5, бегала ночью за свечками к сестрам. и не спала, следила - будут ли ещё судороги. на след день просила мужа принести наш градусник. взяли кровь из вены, делали 2 раза капельницы с глюкозой и физраствором. кололи антибиотик, давали свечи виферон 2 раза в день. на 3 день сделали узи головного мозга, отклонений не нашли, капельниц больше не назначали. темп не поднималась выше 37,5 уже сутки. и я написала отказ. на руки выдали все анализы в виде распечатки, диагноз, что назначали и что рекомендуют. всё читаемо, понятно, просто супер. в анализе четко прописан найденный в крови вирус гриппа А.
в самой больнице не понравилось только одно, ну кроме градусников, - нельзя ребенку погулять по коридору. даже разик туда-сюда пройтись. в палате на троих места мало, ему там скучно. но больница инфекционная. всё понятно. но ребенку это не объяснить.
ВАЖНО: в больнице кормят матерей\пап, лежащих с детьми, которым нет 4 лет. после 4 - не кормят. не забывайте об этом. так же сопровождающему родителю нужна свежая флюшка и анализ на посев. если этого нет - предложат сделать платно. мне это обошлось в 1200. не забывайте свою посуду взять и еды на первое время. особенно если ложитесь ночью или вечером. ужин часов в 7 и это всё до утра.
ВАЖНО: при отказе лежать в больнице на домашний адрес посылают некий АКТИВ. это вызов врача на дом, тк ребенок ещё не выздоровел.
нам прислали этот актив в поликлинику. утром звонит на мобильный кто-то и спрашивает какого хрена я не открываю дверь врачу. я говорю - мы дома, но звонка нет. и тут выясняется, что актив послали на АДРЕС РЕГИСТРАЦИИ!!! хотя мы поживаем в другом районе и приписан ребенок к другой поликлинике. и в больнице я всё это прописывала. в итоге нам посоветовали просто вызвать самим врача на дом. в нашей пол-ке снял трубку охранник и сказал никого нет. в больницу позвонили, хотели попросить переделать актив на след день на правильный адрес. не дозвонились. остались без врача. а в московском районе неизвестная нам врач в -25 просто так сходила не туда куда надо. обидно. будем записываться на первый рабочий день, если выздоровеет. или вызывать если ещё будет температурить.
ВАЖНО: следите за адресами на выписке из больнице, если пишите отказ и будут слать актив, проверьте адрес куда его пошлют, если адрес регистрации и проживания отличается. или если просто у мамы регистрация не там, где у ребенка. паспорт то копируют и заносят в комп мамин, у дитя его нет.
