HomeWork работает уже 4 месяца. За это время в нем прошло более 60 событий, в которых приняло участие более 1000 человек. Проект-резидент DrinCash получил первые инвестиции и сейчас набирает обороты, а еще 4 команды (The Village, NextMedia, Animating Touch и GameChangers) работают в боевом режиме. Продолжается стажерская программа премии за лучшие видео-лекции "Внимание". В организации мероприятий стали участвовать не только основатели, но и резиденты. А помогать с кураторством пространства стали Лиза Смирнова и Анастасия Ли.
Благодаря HomeWork я познакомился со многими людьми из России и мира, кто действительно меняет к лучшему окружающий мир. Очень надеюсь, что и HomeWork, в свою очередь, помогает таким людям. Несмотря на большое количество гостей и событий проект не стал местом только для общения, в будние дни здесь действительно рабочая атмосфера. Тут сосредоточенно работают, много и многому учатся.
Проект будет работать в сложившемся формате до 5 декабря. До этого срока аренда оплачена. В ближайшее время мы должны продлить договор или закрыть проект. Юрий Лифшиц планирует сосредоточиться на подготовке 'Зоны действия' - коворкинг-центра на 30-70 человек на базе нежилой недвижимости. Я большую часть времени буду уделять GameChangers и продолжать эксперименты с загородными форматами коворкинга. А ключевые участники планируют зимовать в теплых странах.
Новым ядром квартирного проекта может стать команда Артема Игнатьева (издание The Village). Они делают актуальные и качественные материалы о том, что происходит в Петербурге. Это важная содержательная основа для развития программной составляющей HomeWork. Однако нужна бОльшая критическая масса участников. Юрий и я готовы также участвовать, но в меньшей мере, чем сейчас.
