Рейтинг подтверждает это предположение. Например, [club35977621|“Третье место”] это кафе, инкубатор курсов по SMM и мини-отель. Мы с [club28619052|GameChangers] сейчас обживаемся в коворкинге [club31626313|ChangeLab], созданном совсем недавно на базе филиала РАНХиГС в Петербурге.
