Если, скажем, между 19 и 20 веком хочется заниматься чем-то, что находится на переднем крае и науки, и практики, то можно, например, изучать работу мозга, неврологию, психологию и работать в Петербурге в команде академика Бехтерева.
А если в наше время? Между 20 и 21 веком? То чем, где и с кем? Занимаемся мы сами сейчас чем-то серьёзным или, в лучшем случае, только формируем "перегной" для следующего по настоящему "бодрого" поколения?

And if in our time? Between the 20th and 21st century? What, where and with whom? Are we doing something serious ourselves, or, at best, are we just creating a “humus” for the next truly “peppy” generation?
