В multinationals квартальные и годовые планы - норма. В EMC со своими руководителями я согласовывал PWG - Personal Working Goals. Их достижение было связано с оценкой моей работы. Кроме именно рабочих PWG рекомендовалось ставить себе еще personal development goal (какие навыки и знания прокачать в связке с корпоративными тренигами и самообразованием). У Google большинство практик вполне обычные, но есть важные отличия в деталях и в отношении к ним.
А как делается планирование в ваших организациях? Какие инструменты для этого используются?
