Вот с одной стороны сидит глава вертикали, любимец народа, с другой — глава Федеральной налоговой службы.
"Президент предлагает главе ФНС «сделать несколько шагов дальше», чтобы граждане, получив чек после приобретения товара или услуги, могли «свободно через свой телефон, через гаджет войти в интернет и навести справку в налоговой службе» о том, какую отчетность о товаре представил налоговикам магазин или ресторан.
«Это даст возможность человеку после того, как он пообедал в ресторане и заплатил деньги за бифштекс из телятины хорошего отечественного качества, проверить, так ли отчиталось предприятие, тот ресторан или кафе, которое продало ему этот товар, как они отчитались в налоговой инспекции — не отчитались ли они дешевой буйволятиной. То же самое касается всех других товаров», — пояснил свою идею Путин."
Президент, насколько я могу судить, понимает в Интернете не сильно больше моей бабушки, но блещет идеями. Что там понимает глава ФНС я не знаю, но отказать отцу нации он не может и рвётся сразу исполнять поручение.
Ладно, президент — пенсионер, что с него взять, он давно живёт в собственной реальности. Но ведь должна же система хоть как-то защищаться об бессмысленных и беспощадных идей главы государства?! Не в этой стране.
"«Таким образом гражданин мог бы принять участие в том, чтобы проверить то, что ему продают, или то, что ему оказывают в виде услуги, защитить дополнительно свои интересы и оказать помощь государству. Идиоты! Если ФНС сама не справляется, то нужно главу ФНС отправить в отставку и найти того, кто справится.
Всё с ног на голову поставили. Народный контроль — это не помощь государству, это контроль самого государства: это открытая информация о деятельности государственных органов, это общественные слушанья, это институт наблюдателей и пр. Функцию ФНС должна выполнять ФНС, а не граждане. И ведь будут говорить: а как же, у нас народный контроль, гражданское общество, все дела.
Что будет в результате:
1. Будет освоено X млрд. рублей на создание системы каким-нибудь Роттенбергом или другим другом Путина.
2. Обязательно поставят раком все эти рестораны и кафе в момент запуска системы, так же как это произошло с Платоном, т.к. ничего не будет работать.
3. То, что это в результате выйдет боком малому бизнесу — это просто гарантированно — заставят перейти на соответствующие системы и будут штрафовать тех, кто не сделал это вовремя.
4. Пользоваться системой никто не будет, т.к. это полная тупость, никому это не интересно, в ресторане заходят в instagram, а не на сайт ФМС (этого Путин, очевидно, не знает), поэтому для иммитации деятельности будет выделено ещё Y миллионов рублей какой-нибудь Канделаки на пиар и ботсети.
В результате будет много шума из ничего и миллиарды спущеные в трубу. "Эффективные менеджеры" в действии, блин.
