И снова с вами рубрика "Наши руки не из попы". На этот раз пришло время приводить в порядок заднюю дверь. Кто-то очень умный решил, что штатные точки крепления запаски придуманы для дураков, а "калитку" надо привинтить насквозь прямо на полотно двери. Полотно из тонкой стали, да ещё без прокладок и покраски отверстий. Калитка закисла и заржавела, полотно тоже начало ржаветь, дверь хотелось открыть, поэтому полотно ещё и порвали. В прямом смысле слова, лист стали разорван по целине. И заржавлен в месте разрывов.
Отстучал на сколько это было возможно и целесообразно, зачистил, обработал ингибитором ржавчины, загрунтовал, покрасил и залил лаком. Заодно проделал то же самое с рамкой на кузове, она тоже стальная, имеет тенденцию ржаветь по углам, и заржавела в месте крепления калитки.
Дальше будет заклейка дыры виброизоляцией на битумной основе, пластина из нержавейки на штатные места крепления запаски, и уже на пластину поставлю калитку, которую ещё предстоит привести в порядок.
На фото проблемное место (за зиму оно стало только хуже), процесс и результат. Результат не идеальный, но, с моей точки зрения, вполне приличный даже так, а уж после установки калитки этого вообще не будет видно, так что лишь бы не ржавело и не протекало.
