Мне как программисту, довольно диким кажется тот факт, что многие ученые до сих пор не открыли для себя системы контроля версий (VCS, version control system). В наше время, когда есть github, assembla или bitbucket, мучаться, пересылая файл article_105rev_21102012.tex своему коллеге, как-то странно. Да даже просто локально в директории рабочей создать репозиторий mercurial или git уж гораздо проще, чем разобраться с макропакетом latex. Тем не менее, факт есть факт - многие о таком и не слышали. Так что вот запиливаю вопрос.
