ОКЕЙ, СЕНСЕЙ????????♀️
Мари не продала мои органы. Наоборот, она хотела привести их в порядок. На сутки я превратилась в ее ученицу. Утренняя йога без завтрака - окей, сенсей????????.
Датчанка, итальянка, немка и гозитанка (оказывается, местные на Мальте и Гозо тоже различаются????!) присоединились к нам. Это была самая необычная yoga practice из всех, что у меня были - начиная от стрекочущего английского Мари с французским акцентом???? и заканчивая ее манерой обучать нас. Впервые меня учат йоге не расслабленно-отрешённо, а понимающе-повелительно☝????. Что-то в этом было от острия пирамид и напора завоевателей древнего мира⚡️.
«А сейчас мы будем практиковать раскрытие сердечного центра. Это наша способность любить❤️. У вас (кивает в сторону датчанки, немки и гозитанки) с этим проблем нет, я вижу✨. Это для вас (смотрит в глаза мне и итальянке - видимо, представителям наших народов свойственно любить слишком сильно????♀️). Начнём.», - говорит Мари.
Наши взгляды с итальянкой пересекаются на каком-то понятном только нам воздушном перекрёстке и я ободряюще улыбаюсь ей. Накануне я провела вечер в разговорах с Мари - думаю, она справится нашими стиснутыми сердцами. Стараюсь передать эту мысль итальянке. Она улыбается мне в ответ????...
«Закончилось лето и всем нам стало не хватать энергии????. Особенно тем, кто скоро вернётся домой на север. Сейчас я покажу, что можно с этим сделать», - с этими словами началась самая необычная часть самой необычной практики????????♀️.
Ожидаемым было только расслабление в конце занятия. Я закрыла глаза и чувствовала, как ничего нигде не болит????. Не «что ничего нигде не болит», а именно «КАК».
Из этого удивительного ощущения меня вытягивает голос Мари✨. Но уже совсем другой. Мари пела на санскрите...
▫️Так, эта практика утвердилась в роли самой удивительной в моей жизни.
P.S. Телефон все чаще вздрагивал сообщениями привезённого в нем мужчины. И я немного заодно. Давно с нами такого не было.

Our views coincide with the Italian at some kind of an understandable air intersection and I smile at her encouragingly. The day before I spent the evening talking with Marie - I think she can handle our squeezed hearts. I try to convey this idea to the Italian. She smiles at me in return ???? ...
“The summer is over and we all lack energy ????. Especially for those who will soon return home to the north. Now I will show what can be done with this, ”the most unusual part of the most unusual practice ???????? ♀️ began with these words.
Only relaxation at the end of the lesson was expected. I closed my eyes and felt like nothing hurts anywhere ????. Not “that nothing hurts anywhere”, but “HOW”.
From this amazing sensation Mari’s voice draws me. But it’s already completely different. Marie sang in Sanskrit ...
