Побывал на встрече префекта ЮАО Челышева с жителями района Нагорный. Встреча была организована плохо: приехав в 18.50 в школу 2016, где должен был выступать Челышев, я обнаружил, что актовый зал школы уже забит людьми, в большинстве своем - сотрудниками бюджетных организаций. А сотрудники управы не пускали жителей внутрь, отправляя их в соседний зал, где должна была идти прямая трансляция. После разговора на повышенных тонах меня и часть жителей пустили внутрь. А вторая часть повалила в зал после начала встречи, так как звук прямой трансляции был очень слабым и было невозможно ничего разобрать из выступления главы управы района.
Подобная организация встреч - системная политика всех префектур. Встречи с жителями превращаются во встречи с активом бюджетных организаций. Актив это зачастую безразличен к большинству районных проблем, зато громко хлопает руководству округа, захлопывает и мешает выступать жителям с их вопросами. Не знаю, устраивает ли мэра такая профанация его идеи о получении обратной связи от москвичей через такие регулярные встречи. Если устраивает и нравится, то надо иметь в виду, что люди уходят с таких мероприятий еще более раздраженными и озлобленными на власть.
Что касается обсуждения проблем района, то их все-таки жителям удалось озвучить немало. Просто молодцы активисты Инициативной группы жителей Нагорного района, подготовившие целый пакет вопросов и предложений префектуре. Татьяна Григорьева озвучила большую их часть во время своего выступления, за что ей отдельное спасибо! Дополнили Татьяну депутаты районного Совета от КПРФ Елена Королевская и Галина Романенко. В Нагорном, как и в Зюзино, фактически заморожен снос пятиэтажек и реконструкция застроенных ими кварталов. Об этом очень эмоционально рассказал житель с Артековской улицы. Я выступил с тремя предложениями. Во-первых, установить крытые остановочные павильоны на Симферопольском бульваре по маршруту трамваев №1, 3 и 16. Сделать это в частности на конечной остановке трамвая 1 "Москворецкий рынок". Во-вторых, ликвидировать стихийную парковку на проезжей части у Москворецкого рынка, из-за которой там всегда возникают пробки. И в третьих, заблаговременно проинформировать жителей района о работах по благоустройству и капремонту в новом году. Опубликовать обе программы работ на сайте управы и повесить у входа в подъезды домов, вошедших в программы, информационные сообщения. Чтобы люди спокойно могли ознакомиться с планом работ и их сметой и выбрать своего представителя в комиссии по открытию и приемке работ.
Про префекта Челышева могу сказать, что он не потерял привычки пытаться перебить выступающего (в том числе вашего покорного слугу) и даже нагрубить тем, чьи вопросы ему особенно неприятны. Рядом с префектом в президиуме сидели депутаты Мосгордумы от ЕР Антонцев и Зверев. Выглядели они холено и румяно.
Мы с жителями Нагорного района ждем от префектуры конкретных действий и ответов на наши предложения. Всем обитателям Нагорного советую присоединиться к группе [club45081055|Нагорный район] для обсуждения и совместного решения наших общих проблем. По одиночке мы их точно не решим.

I don’t know if the mayor is satisfied with such a profanation of his idea of receiving feedback from Muscovites through such regular meetings. If you are comfortable and like it, then you need to keep in mind that people leave such events even more annoyed and embittered by the authorities.
