Вот так выглядел сегодня холл Замоскворецкого суда, где проходят заседания по Болотному делу. Старожилы процесса говорят, что сегодня был самый массовый поход в суд. Часть людей вообще не попала внутрь и толпилась на улице у входа. Пришли активисты практически всех оппозиционных партий (оргкомитет Партии 5 декабря вообще мог провести в суде кворумное заседание), Юлия Навальная, мои коллеги-муниципальные депутаты Сергей Соколов и Алексей Бескоровайный - было много-много хороших людей.
Мне выпала удача пройти на четвертый этаж и увидеть, как ребят заводят в зал заседаний. Все серьезные и твердые, зашли внутрь под аплодисменты и крики "Свободу" В узеньком коридоре была толкучка из журналистов, родственников и просто неравнодушных людей. Приставы то ли по глупости, то ли из желания лишний раз поиздеваться с первого раза не пустили внутрь жену Алексея Полиховича и мужа Александры Духаниной. Обоих родственников пропустили после мини-скандала. Отдельный респект журналисту Ленты.ру Светлане Рейтер, которая специально вышла из зала суда, чтобы там нашлось место всем родственникам, а потом заставила приставов пропустить внутрь мужа Духаниной.
Сегодня в суде начались выступления "обвиняемых" в прениях. Очень долго, подробно и уверенно выступал Сергей Кривов (конец его выступления я уже не застал, уехав на личный прием жителей в Зюзино). Во время его речи в холле несколько раз звучали овации. Также выступили Денис Луцкевич, Андрей Барабанов и Алексей Полихович.
Завтра в 11.30 будет продолжение прений. Процесс над узниками 6 мая вступил в решающую стадию. И решение по нему будет зависеть, к сожалению, не от юридических доводов защиты и обвинения: в этом случае ребят должны освободить прямо в зале суда за отсутствием состава преступления. Исход Болотного дела будет зависеть от нас с вами. Будем ходить и поддерживать ребят в количестве, десятикратно превышающем пришедших сегодня - будет шанс на свободу для наших друзей. Будем лежать на диване и читать ленту твиттера - не будет и одного шанса из тысячи.
Предлагаю вспомнить всем замечательное правило, действовавшее в гражданском лагере у памятника героям Плевны, а потом на ОккупайАбай: тот, кто покидает лагерь, должен привести двух человек вместо себя. Все, кто сегодня не был в Замоскворецком суде, приходите туда завтра к 11.30 с другом, родным, супругом или просто френдом из Фейсбука. Татарская улица, дом 1.

And the decision on it will, unfortunately, not depend on the legal arguments of the defense and the prosecution: in this case, the children should be released right in the courtroom for lack of corpus delicti. The outcome of the Swamp business will depend on us. We will walk and support the children in an amount ten times higher than those who came today - there will be a chance for freedom for our friends. We will lie on the couch and read the Twitter feed - there will not be one chance out of a thousand.
