Очередной виток вредительского "благоустройства" намечается в парке на Каховке. Префект ЮЗАО Волков зачем-то распорядился снести и куда-то передвинуть голубятню. Ради чего дважды будут рубиться деревья: сначала чтобы демонтировать конструкцию, затем чтобы расчистить новую площадку для голубятни. Причем сам префект не может единолично поручить сносить голубятню: нужно решение окружной комиссии по самострою, оформленное надлежащим образом и в установленные 646-м постановлением мэрии сроки переданное в районную управу. Комиссия эта не собиралась, решения никакого нет, но "доблестные" сотрудники управы, ГУИС и местного подрядчика ОЦС вчера уже прибежали пилить голубятню. Только благодаря настойчивости Светланы Кондратьевой, владельца голубятни и других местных жителей удалось остановить все это безобразие. С жителями, разумеется, перенос голубятни никто не обсуждал. Напротив, когда прошлой осенью наш парк утюжили тракторами и бульдозерами на народном сходе зам.префекта Ломова публично обещала, что голубятню никуда сдвигать не будут.
Сегодня отвез в прокуратуру ЮЗАО обращение с просьбой отменить незаконное поручение префекта и предостеречь управу от незаконных действий по демонтажу голубятни. Слово за прокурором.

For the sake of what trees will be cut twice: first to dismantle the structure, then to clear a new platform for the dovecote. Moreover, the prefect himself cannot single-handedly order the demolition of the dovecot: a decision of the district commission on self-construction is necessary, duly executed and transferred to the district council within the time limit set by the 646th resolution of the city hall. This commission was not going to, there was no decision, but the "valiant" employees of the administration, the GUIS and the local contractor JCC had already rushed to saw the dovecot yesterday. Only thanks to the perseverance of Svetlana Kondratieva, the owner of the dovecote and other local residents, it was possible to stop all this disgrace. With the inhabitants, of course, no one discussed the transfer of the dovecote. On the contrary, when last fall our park was ironed with tractors and bulldozers at a public gathering, Deputy Prefect Lomova publicly promised that the dovecote would not be moved anywhere.
Today I took a petition to the prosecutor’s office of the South-Western Administrative Okrug with a request to cancel the unlawful order of the prefect and warn the council against illegal actions to dismantle the dovecote. A word for the prosecutor.
