Чтобы представить себя, как будет работать новая Мосгордума, приведем лишь два примера из работы зюзинского Совета депутатов. Большинство депутатов в нем, кроме председателя, тоже работают на полупрофессиональной основе: это те же самые бюджетники, которых собянинская мэрия пытается протащить в Мосгордуму, только пониже рангом.
Сюжет 1 - Совет депутатов в отсутствие независимого депутата Янкаускаса принимает решения по шести вопросам за 15 (!) минут. Это согласование важнейших документов - программ благоустройства дворов, двух скверов, а также двух программ капитального ремонта в районе.

Сюжет 2 - депутаты Зюзино из "Единой России" единогласно голосуют против отказа от служебных автомобилей и сокращения расходов на закупку проездных для депутатов. Кстати, для новой Мосогордумы предусмотрено сохранение расходов на служебные авто (подозреваем также сохранение и других "прав", на служебное жилье или дачи).

Новая Мосгордума будет не просто полупрофессиональной - она будет некомпетентной, голосующей не в интересах жителей, а на скорость и по команде мэрии. Кстати, понятно, почему мэрия пытается снять с выборов Янкаускаса и других независимых кандидатов - такие депутаты на фоне остального "болота" будут смотреться на порядок контрастнее, чем даже Андрей Клычков сейчас на фоне единороссов.

By the way, it’s understandable why the mayor’s office is trying to remove Yankauskas and other independent candidates from the elections — such deputies will look much more contrasting with the rest of the “swamp” than even Andrei Klychkov now against United Russia.
