Сегодня был в прокуратуре ЮЗАО, оставил обращение окружному прокурору с просьбой остановить работы по уничтожению газона в парке на Каховке. Такое же обращение отвез в мэрию и еще оставил жалобу на "горячей линии" ОАТИ. 8 сентября у состоится заседание Совета депутатов Зюзино, в повестку которого я также внес вопрос об обращении в префектуру по поводу уничтожения газона.
В ходе подготовки обращений выяснил некоторые подробности истории с переносом скейтодрома, под который и срыли газон в парке. Во-первых, в 2012 году, когда он устанавливался в сквере на углу Болотниковской и Керченской, группа жителей соседних домов протестовала против его установки под ЛЭП. Одну женщину даже задержали при попытке остановить работы и оштрафовали по классической митинговой статье 19.3 КоАП (неисполнение требований сотрудника полиции). Префектура решила за жителей как им лучше будет, в итоге оказалось хуже всем.
Во-вторых, оказалось, что решение суда о выносе скейтодрома из-под ЛЭП было принято еще 11 июня, то есть почти 3 месяца назад! Вот ссылка на текст решения http://docs.pravo.ru/document/view/69483284/?mode=full Обратите внимание еще на тот факт, что установка скейтодрома была проведена без согласования и даже уведомления МОЭСК, в охранной зоне ЛЭП. Сомневаюсь, что это было сделано по недосмотру и незнанию действующего законодательства. И это отдельный вопрос для разбирательства. Но самое главное - у префектуры было целых 3 месяца, чтобы посоветоваться с жителями насчет нового места для скейтодрома и согласовать его с депутатами района. Можно было даже голосование на раковском "фиктивном гражданине" провести. Вот чем, например, не подошел участок на Черноморском бульваре, почти на пересечении с Симферопольским? Его почему-то не доблагоустроили вместе с остальной частью бульвара, мы даже об этом писали в нашем втором проекте благоустройства. Но вместо этого в самый последний момент было решено тихой сапой и с нарушением законов втюхнуть скейтодром в самое неудачное место, срыв при этом совсем новый газон.
В общем, отличный пример того, какая дрянь получается когда чиновники с корыстью для собственного кармана пытаются решить за жителей, что им больше нужно.
