Предвыборные манипуляции в Зюзино
Завтра на заседании Совета депутатов Зюзино депутаты-единороссы планируют перекроить схему избирательных округов нашего района. Делается это в преддверие выборов муниципальных депутатов, которые пройдут в сентябре. Перекройка предполагается масштабной и преследует единственную цель - разрезать избирательный округ №2, в котором я победил в 2012-м году.
Чтобы не быть голословным, сравните действующую нарезку округов и проект новой нарезки. На первой картинке - действующая нарезка с процентами голосов, полученными мною на каждом участке на выборах в Госдуму. Как видите, от моего округа предлагается откусить 5 УИКов, включая УИКи 2185 и 2186, на которых я получил 18 % и 29,6 % голосов соответственно. Зато вместо них к округу прирезаются участки, где я получил 8,5-9 % голосов.
Мне, конечно, смешно наблюдать все эти нелепые телодвижения. Я получил бы ноль процентов на всех участках, если б власти работали и решали проблемы жителей района. Вернули бы врачей-специалистов в районные поликлиники, выполнили постановление о сносе и расселении квартала 14, сделали капитальный ремонт в остальных домах. Если бы просто каждый чиновник исполнял свою должностную инструкцию, все бы голосовали за "Единую Россию". Но вместо того, чтобы 5 лет работать, наши власти предпочитают ничего не делать, и перекраивать избирательные округа накануне выборов.
Можно хоть пять, хоть шесть УИКов отрезать от моего округа - я все равно лично обойду все дворы и лично пообщаюсь с жителями этих кварталов. "Единую Россию" эти жалкие манипуляции не спасут.
Заседание Совета депутатов состоится завтра 11 апреля в 16.00 по адресу ул. Каховка, д. 12Б (вход в здание с обратной стороны от входа в управу). Заседание открыто для жителей, прийти и послушать может любой желающий. Я, как обычно, постараюсь вести прямой эфир с заседания на своей странице в Фэйсбуке (https://www.facebook.com/konstantin.jankauskas).

Pre-election manipulation in Zyuzino
Tomorrow at a meeting of the Council of Deputies of Zyuzino, United Russia deputies plan to redraw the scheme of the constituencies of our region. Of course, it’s funny for me to watch all these ridiculous gestures. I would get zero percent in all areas if the authorities worked and solved the problems of the residents of the district. They would return specialist doctors to district clinics, fulfill the decree on the demolition and resettlement of block 14, and make major repairs in the remaining houses. If each official simply complied with his job description, everyone would vote for United Russia. But instead of working for 5 years, our authorities prefer not to do anything, and redraw the constituencies on the eve of the election.
You can cut off at least five, at least six PECs from my district - I will still personally go around all the yards and talk personally with the residents of these neighborhoods. "United Russia" these pathetic manipulations will not save.
