Поскольку в нашей [club71423350|районной группе] мне задали прямой вопрос о том, что лично я буду делать 18 марта, то решил поделиться этим сразу со всеми. Это мой первый пост про президентскую избирательную кампанию - она была настолько неприятной и унизительной для меня, как гражданина России, что и писать ничего не хотелось. Так что первый и последний пост на тему "выборов президента".
На избирательный участок 18 марта я не пойду. Во второй раз в жизни. Объясню почему.
Я не буду голосовать за действующего президента, прежде всего, из-за коррумпированности его близких друзей. С которой он либо ничего не может сделать, либо не хочет. Из-за этой политической коррупции сегодня в стране практически полностью разрушения система управления государством. Базовые институты - суды, правоохранительные органы, прокуратура - работают не в соответствии с Конституцией и федеральным законами, а по прямым указаниям конкретных чиновников или олигархов из окружения президента. Отсутствует независимая законодательная власть, поскольку почти во всех парламентах всех уровней большинство имеет "Единая Россия". Эта партия не занимается законотворчеством, то есть создание правил, по которым работает исполнительная власть. Наоборот, депутаты от "Единой России" защищают интересы исполнительной власти, зачастую вопреки интересам граждан России. В большинстве средств массовой информации установлена цензура - обсуждается почти исключительно внешняя политика и политическая жизнь в США, Украине и на Ближнем Востоке. Социальные проблемы общенационального или регионального масштаба замалчиваются. А ведь СМИ - один из инструментов обратной связи граждан с государством. Значит, это связи нет и власть еще больше отрывается от людей.
Эта модель управления спускается с федерального уровня ниже. В регионах и городах точно так же ближайшее окружение губернаторов и мэров подминает под себя депутатов, судей, прокуроров, журналистов и другие институты власти и общества. Москвой, например, бесконтрольно правят Собянин, Ракова, Хуснуллин, Бирюков и еще несколько человек. Нет никакого парламентского или общественного контроля за их деятельностью. Вообще никакого контроля и никакой связи с жителями города. Делают, что хотят. Потому что смотрят на Сечина, Роттенбергов, Ковальчуков и прочих друзей Путина и поступают по аналогии.
Развал системы государственного управления, на мой взгляд, является самой опасной для страны проблемы. Которая может привести, в конечном счете, к развалу всей страны.
С другой стороны, среди кандидатов, допущенных до выборов, нет реальной альтернативы действующему президенту. Этой альтернативы нет с точки зрения программ и профессиональных качеств кандидатов - дебаты с их участием просто отвратительны. Также ни один из кандидатов не ведет сильной агитационной кампании, то есть не борется голоса избирателей, в том числе и мой.
Единственный кандидат, который был альтернативой этой порочной системе - это Алексей Навальный. Он создал фактически независимое общественное антикоррупционное бюро - Фонд борьбы с коррупцией. ФБК ведет системную работу по разоблачению политической коррупции на всех уровнях власти и даже добился отставки отдельных коррупционеров (например, депутата Пехтина, мэра Нижнего Новгорода и др.). Кроме того, Навальный почти за 1,5 года до выборов начал и провел сильную агитационную кампанию, то есть по-настоящему боролся за голоса избирателей. С выборов Навального сняли по явно надуманному предлогу - повторному приговору по т.н. "делу Кировлеса", который слово в слово повторяет предыдущий приговор, отмененный Европейским судом по правам человека.
Для меня выборы - это когда есть возможность коллективного участия в управлении будущим нашей страны. На "выборы" 18 марта не допустили единственного кандидата с альтернативной программой развития страны. Остальные кандидаты специально подобраны, чтобы превратить избирательную кампанию в шапито. Ключевая проблема, которая угрожает будущему нашей страны, замалчивается и действующим президентом, и другими кандидатами. Никакие это не выборы в полном смысле слова, а какой-то балаган. И я в нем участвовать не собираюсь. Пусть те, кто этот балаган организовал, и несут ответственность за его последствия. А они, уверен, будут, потому что бесконечно растаскивать бюджет и обкладывать граждан новыми поборами невозможно.
Я же постараюсь продолжать приносить пользу родному району, городу и стране как муниципальный депутат и неравнодушный гражданин всеми возможными способами. К чему призываю и всех остальных.

Basic institutions - courts, law enforcement agencies, prosecutors - do not work in accordance with the Constitution and federal laws, but according to the direct instructions of specific officials or oligarchs from the president’s circle. There is no independent legislative power, since in almost all parliaments of all levels the majority has United Russia. This party is not involved in lawmaking, that is, the creation of the rules by which the executive branch works. On the contrary, deputies from United Russia defend the interests of the executive branch, often contrary to the interests of Russian citizens. Most media outlets have censorship - they discuss almost exclusively foreign policy and political life in the United States, Ukraine and the Middle East. Social problems of a national or regional scale are hushed up. But the media is one of the feedback tools of citizens with the state. This means that there is no connection, and power is even more detached from people.
This management model descends from the federal level below. In regions and cities, the closest circle of governors and mayors crushes deputies, judges, prosecutors, journalists, and other institutions of power and society. Moscow, for example, is ruled uncontrollably by Sobyanin, Rakova, Khusnullin, Biryukov and several others. There is no parliamentary or public control over their activities. In general, no control and no connection with the inhabitants of the city. Do what they want. Because they look at Sechin, Rottenberg, Kovalchuk and other friends of Putin and act by analogy.
The collapse of the government, in my opinion, is the most dangerous problem for the country. Which can lead, ultimately, to the collapse of the whole country.
On the other hand, among the candidates admitted before the election, there is no real alternative to the current president. There is no such alternative from the point of view of the programs and professional qualities of the candidates - the debate with their participation is simply disgusting. Also, not one of the candidates is conducting a strong campaign, that is, the votes of the voters, including mine, are not fighting.
The only candidate who was an alternative to this vicious system was Alexey Navalny. He created a virtually independent public anti-corruption bureau - the Anti-Corruption Fund. FBK is conducting systematic work to expose political corruption at all levels of government and has even secured the resignation of certain corrupt officials (for example, deputy Pekhtin, mayor of Nizhny Novgorod, etc.). In addition, almost 1.5 years before the election, Navalny started and conducted a strong campaign, that is, he really fought for the votes. Navalny was removed from the election on a clearly far-fetched pretext - a second sentence of the so-called "Kirovles case", which verbatim repeats the previous sentence quashed by the European Court of Human Rights.
For me, elections are when there is an opportunity for collective participation in managing the future of our country. The only candidate with an alternative program for the country's development was not allowed to the “elections” on March 18. The remaining candidates are specially selected to turn the election campaign into a big top. The key problem that threatens the future of our country is hushed up by the current president and other candidates. None of these are elections in the full sense of the word, but some kind of booth. And I'm not going to participate in it. Let those who organized this booth, and are responsible for its consequences. And they, I’m sure, will be, because it’s impossible to endlessly squander the budget and impose new requisitions on citizens.
I’ll try to continue to benefit my native district, city and country as a municipal deputy and not indifferent citizen by all possible means. Why am I calling on everyone else.
