История одного благоустройства в Зюзино
Несколько лет назад у нас в Зюзино снесли несколько пятиэтажек, в рамках еще лужковской программы сноса домов 1-го этапа индустриального домостроения. Дома находились в квартале между Азовской, Болотниковской и Одесской улицами. На их месте был построен многоэтажный дом, куда были переселены жители других пятиэтажек - из Академического района. По их рассказам, этого переселения они ждали почти 15 лет, с начала 2000-х годов.
Этот новый дом по адресу Болотниковская улица, дом 30 корпус 2 заселили в начале 2015 года. И с тех пор прямо у подъезда дома располагались руины пятиэтажки (бывший адрес - Азовская ул., д. 12, корп. 3). Эти развалины даже не были огорожены, летом в них ночевали и пьянстововали бомжи, дважды был пожар. Также на это благоустройство в стиле "backyard rocks" приходили играть дети из соседней школы.
В марте 2017 года я познакомился с инициативной группой жителей данного дома. Знакомство произошло на встрече управы Зюзино с жителями района. Куда измученные этим бардаком под окнами граждане пришли жаловаться. Мы обменялись контактами, после чего я направил депутатское обращение в департамент строительства, который был заказчиком строительства нового дома с последующим благоустройством двора. В ответ я получил ответ, что работы будут завершены к концу лета нынешнего года. Оказывается, городское предприятие "Управление гражданского строительства" (КП "УГС"), строившее дом, отдало подряд на строительство скандально известной СУ-155, которая сдала дом в эксплуатацию, а благоустройством двора не занималась.
За все лето никакие работы так и не были начаты. Тогда мы с кандидатами в депутаты [id223636449|Ильей Шафранов] , Юрием Морозом и Светланой Яцык провели встречу с инициативной группой жителей дома 30 корпус 2 и соседних пятиэтажек. На встрече мы собрали подписи под требованием убрать развалины и привести двор в порядок. Также снимать развалины приезжала съемочная группа телеканала РБК во главе с Ильей Шепелиным. За что ребятам отдельное спасибо! После победы на выборах вопрос о разборе развалин был сразу же поставлен в повестку нового Совета депутатов. На втором заседании Совет депутатов одобрил мой депутатский запрос в департамент строительства (http://munzuzino.ru/ms/reshen/2017new/02-10.pdf). В ответе руководителя департамента А.Ю. Бочкарева сообщалось, что срок благоустройства двора теперь 30 сентября 2018 года.
После такого ответа я в течение недели лично пообщался с руководством КП "УГС" и помощником зам.руководителя департамента строительства. Кроме того, обращения с просьбой ускорить работы отправляла и управа района. После чего, спустя несколько недель, развалины пятиэтажки наконец-то огородили забором. А весной этого года их стали разбирать и сейчас на их месте уже стоит детская площадка. Работы еще не закончены, но результат уже налицо. У жителей дома есть еще другие пожелания по обустройству двора, будем встречаться и обсуждать их.
Именно такие истории успеха и мотивируют на дальнейшую работу. Когда результат твоих совместных с жителями усилий оказывается виден невооруженным глазом. Спасибо всем причастным к решению этого вопроса!

These ruins were not even fenced; in the summer, homeless people spent the night in them and drunk, there was a fire twice. Also, children from a neighboring school came to play this beautification in the style of "backyard rocks".
In March 2017, I met with an initiative group of residents of this house. The meeting took place at a meeting of the Zyuzino council with the residents of the district. Where citizens exhausted by this mess under the windows came to complain. We exchanged contacts, after which I sent a deputy appeal to the construction department, which was the customer for the construction of a new house with the subsequent improvement of the yard. In response, I received an answer that the work will be completed by the end of this summer. It turns out that the city enterprise "Civil Engineering Management" (KP "UGS"), which built the house, gave a contract for the construction of the infamous SU-155, which put the house into operation, but did not do yard improvement.
Over the summer, no work was ever started. Then we, with candidates for deputy [id223636449 | Ilya Shafranov], Yuri Moroz and Svetlana Yatsyk, met with an initiative group of residents of house 30, building 2 and neighboring five-story buildings. At the meeting, we collected signatures demanding to clean the ruins and put the yard in order. Also, the film crew of the RBC channel, headed by Ilya Shepelin, came to remove the ruins. For which the guys special thanks! After the election victory, the question of the analysis of the ruins was immediately put on the agenda of the new Council of Deputies. At the second meeting, the Council of Deputies approved my deputy request to the construction department (http://munzuzino.ru/ms/reshen/2017new/02-10.pdf). In response, the head of the department A.Yu. Bochkarev was informed that the deadline for improving the yard is now September 30, 2018.
After such an answer, during the week I personally talked with the management of the UGS KP and the assistant to the deputy head of the construction department. In addition, the district administration also sent requests to expedite the work. After which, a few weeks later, the ruins of the five-story building were finally fenced. And in the spring of this year, they began to disassemble them and now in their place is a playground. The work is not finished yet, but the result is already evident. The inhabitants of the house have other wishes for arranging the yard, we will meet and discuss them.
These are the success stories that motivate us to continue to work. When the result of your joint efforts with the residents is visible to the naked eye. Thanks to everyone involved in resolving this issue!
