С приближением выборов Собянина в наше Зюзино зачастили со встречами депутаты от "Единой России". Каждую неделю они проводят встречи в парках и скверах. В основном это делают депутаты Мосгордумы от Зюзино - Сергей Зверев и Александр Семенников. Но не только. Единороссы из районного Совета депутатов тоже начали встречаться с гражданами! Это просто удивительно, ведь наши коллеги периодически прогуливают свои официальные приемные дни в муниципальной администрации. А весной свой обязательный по закону депутатский отчет несколько единороссов назначили на 9 утра рабочего дня. Самое "удобное" для жителей время. Но вот их начальник решил переизбраться, и все депутаты дружно ринулись во дворы.
Помимо депутатов мэрия обязала глав управ и префектов проводить официальные встречи с жителями не один, а два раз в месяц. Дежавю - ровно такая же бурная имитация общения с москвичами была 5 лет назад, во время предыдущих выборов мэра. Тогда Собянин обязал встречаться с людьми даже своих замов, а сам общался с муниципальными депутатами. Мне тогда, кстати, Сергей Семенович и вице-мэр по социальной политике Леонид Печатников лично публично под камеры пообещали, что в Зюзино будет построена новая поликлиника. Даже публичные слушания по проекту строительства провели. А на следующий год после выборов отменили решение о ее строительстве. Потом убрали большую часть врачей-специалистов из районных поликлиник и окончательно закрыли вопрос. Нет врачей - нет очередей в поликлинике - нет недовольных пациентов. Вспомните эту историю, когда будете читать красивый буклет Собянина о том, сколько всего он построит и благоустроит в вашем районе.
Вчера ради интереса я сходил на встречу депутата Мосгордумы Семенникова с жителями в парке на углу Болотниковской и Керченской улиц. Встреча, видимо, должна была быть посвящена достижениям и достоинствам мэра, но сразу пошла по другом сценарию. Жители стали жаловаться на отсутствие врачей-специалистов в районной поликлинике и требовать отмены точечной застройки под видом строительства "стартовых" домов для реновации. У нас два таких высотных дома хотят построить в кварталах где нет ни одной пятиэтажки - один на детской площадке, а второй на месте парковки. Справедливости ради, Алекскандр Григорьевич попросил прислать ему подробную информацию и обещал поддержать требования жителей. И, кстати, у него на встрече-то были настоящие жители квартала, в отличие, от депутата Зверева. У того, судя по фотографиям, большую часть аудитории составляют сотрудники "Жилищника", управы, активисты провластной Молодежной палаты и собственные помощники депутата. Эти "жители" гастролируют со Зверевым с одной встречи на другую.
Часть людей, пришедших послушать депутата Мосгордумы, как только узнала меня, стала рассказывать о своих проблемах. В итоге я сам провел внеплановую встречу с жителями. Все проблемы по поликлинике, содержанию дома Болотниковская 35/2 и его двора, непонятной стройке между ЖК "Нахимово" и домами 38 по Болотниковской улице взял в работу. Как обычно, были вопросы (и мне, и городскому депутаты) про сроки реновации. Депутат Семенников заявил что конкретная информация по срокам расселения конкретных домов появится не раньше 2019 года.
А муниципальные депутаты от "Единой России", которые должны были проводить встречу через полчаса на соседней детской площадке, на нее в итоге не пришли. Зря я их похвалил в начале поста.

Residents began to complain about the absence of specialist doctors in the district clinic and demand the cancellation of the point buildings under the guise of building "starting" houses for renovation. We want to build two such high-rise buildings in blocks where there are no five-story buildings - one on the playground, and the second on the parking spot. In fairness, Alekskandr G. asked to send him detailed information and promised to support the demands of the residents. And, by the way, at the meeting he had real inhabitants of the quarter, in contrast to the deputy Zverev. Judging by the photographs, the majority of the audience are employees of the Housing Authority, councils, activists of the pro-government Youth Chamber and the deputy’s own assistants. These "residents" are touring with Zverev from one meeting to another.
