Вчера вечером вместе с жителями домов у метро "Нахимовский проспект" долго обсуждали транспортную обстановку в этом квартале. Как заметила одна из местных жительниц, "наш квартал - мертвая зона". И вот почему. Во-первых, на большом участке Азовской улицы - от Нахимовского проспекта до Болотниковской улицы - нет ни одного маршрута общественного транспорта. Чтобы доехать до взрослой или детской поликлиники, а также до ближайшего "Сбербанка" жителям надо садиться на трамвай, а потом еще и делать большой крюк пешком. При этом в трамвай приходится залезать прямо с проезжей части, потому что трамвайные остановки "Нахимовский проспект" и "Фруктовая улица" не обособлены. И машины пролетают мимо на большой скорости - ведь ни ограничений, ни лежачих полицейских у трамвайных остановок нет. Как нет и ни одного пешеходного перехода через Азовскую улицу рядом с моей родной школой 1279. В итоге дети там тоже вынуждены перебегать дорогу, нарушая правила дорожного движения и рискуя попасть под колеса автомобилей.
Также жители дома Фруктовая 16 пожаловались мне на сквозное движение автомобилей через их двор. Которое, по их мнению, связано с неправильной организацией одностороннего движения на Фруктовой и Сивашской улицах. Один из жителей обратился с просьбой помочь отрегулировать движение к действующему депутату Мосгордумы Звереву, на что тот ответил что у него нет на это времени.
Складывается пародксальная ситуация. На развитие транспортной системы Москвы из бюджета тратится больше 600 млрд рублей. Астрономическая сумма, больше чем бюджет всего Санкт-Петербурга. При этом на то, чтобы обособить пару километров трамвайных путей и нарисовать несколько новых пешеходных переходов денег нет. А у депутата Мосгордумы, избранного от конкретных районов, тоже нет времени заниматься этими вопросами. В итоге власти тратят миллиарды рублей на проект скоростных магистралей, против которых митингуют жители соседних домов. А зюзинские бабушки с трудом могут добраться до поликлиники или банка, чтобы снять свою пенсию.
Именно поэтому обе наши встречи закончились разговором о предстоящих выборах в Мосгордуму. О том, что на них партия жителей должна победить партию жуликов и воров ("Единая Россия"). Кроме того, мы собрали больше 40 подписей под обращением в департамент транспорта. Будем добиваться новых безопасных остановок, пешеходных переходов и автобуса по Азовской улице.
