Вчера собянинская мэрия попыталась сорвать нам первый полноценный день сбора подписей в Зюзино. Днем наши агитаторы и бдительные жители обнаружили что по району ходят бригады фальшивых сборщиков подписей за мое выдвижение. Две таких бригады нам удалось задержать и доставить в отдел полиции. Там мы оставили два заявления о преступлении, предусмотренном статьей 142 Уголовного кодекса РФ "Фальсификация избирательных документов" (до 4 лет тюрьмы). Со всех доставленных были взяты объяснения и оформлены протоколы изъятия фальшивых подписных листов. Одну из бригад сборщиков мы поймали буквально в прямом эфире https://www.facebook.com/konstantin.jankauskas/videos/10219082168715725/ Показательно, что эти фальшивые сборщики даже не могли узнать кандидата в лицо при личной встрече.
Зачем организована эта провокация? Чтобы сорвать наш сбор подписей. Многие из тех, кто оставил свою подпись фальшивым сборщикам, во второй раз могут отказаться подписываться. Кроме того, таким образом пытаются посеять атмосферу недоверия среди людей. Сделать так, чтобы люди не понимали, кто настоящий сборщик, а кто мошенник.
По ощущениям, по Зюзино вчера ходило от 30 до 50 таких фальшивых сборщиков. Их работа координировалась через чаты в телеграме. В основном это студенты, которых набирали через объявления о подработке - из Финансового университета, РУДН и других. У некоторых на руках были адресные базы - с фамилиями и точными адресами жителей конкретных домов. Такая масштабная работа, а особенно выдача персональных данных граждан, не могла происходить без участия органов государственной власти города Москвы. Я уверен, что к этой провокации причастны действующий депутат от "Единой России" Сергей Зверев и заместитель мэра Москвы Наталья Сергунина, которая возглавляет теневой штаб кандидатов от мэрии в Мосгордуму.
Я с огромным интересом буду следить за тем, насколько оперативно правоохранительные органы смогут привлечь к ответственности виновных в этой фальсификации. Будет ли это также оперативно, как спецоперация по подбрасыванию наркотиков Ивану Голунову. Мне бы также хотелось услышать официальную оценку произошедшего от председателя Центральной избирательной комиссии Эллы Александровны Памфиловой, поскольку город Москва находится на ее личном контроле, Совета по правам человека при президенте РФ и главы Общественного штаба по наблюдению за выборами в Москве Алексея Венедиктова. Буду очень благодарен журналистам, которые смогут задать им такой вопрос.
Единственный ответ, который мы можем дать на эту провокацию - с удвоенной силой продолжать сбор подписей. Как показал первый день, обученные нами сборщики, прекрасно справляются со своей работой! Несмотря на провокацию вчера мы собрали 92 подписи, в сумме у нас их уже 106. Это меньше необходимого ежедневного уровня, но вчера на работу у нас вышло всего семь сборщиков. Так что в расчете на одного сборщика мы собираем даже выше план. Будем увеличивать число человек собирающих подписи с каждым новым днем.

Yesterday, the Sobyanin City Hall tried to disrupt our first full day of collecting signatures in Zyuzino. In the afternoon, our agitators and vigilant residents found that brigades of fake signatures for my nomination were walking around the area. We managed to detain two such brigades and deliver them to the police department. Basically, these are students who were recruited through job postings - from the Financial University, RUDN University and others. Some had address bases on their hands - with the names and exact addresses of residents of specific houses. Such a large-scale work, and especially the issuance of personal data of citizens, could not have happened without the participation of state authorities in Moscow. I am sure that the acting deputy from United Russia Sergey Zverev and the deputy mayor of Moscow Natalya Sergunina, who heads the shadow headquarters of candidates from the mayor’s office in the Moscow City Duma, are involved in this provocation.
With great interest I will monitor how quickly law enforcement agencies can bring to justice those responsible for this falsification. Will it be as expeditious as a special operation to plant drugs to Ivan Golunov? I would also like to hear an official assessment of what happened from the chairman of the Central Election Commission Ella Alexandrovna Pamfilova, since the city of Moscow is under her personal control, the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation and the head of the Public Headquarters for Election Observation in Moscow, Alexei Venediktov.
