Нашу команду пытаются снять с выборов с помощью подлога документов. И это обязательно произойдет, если мы сами не защитим свое право на выбор на этих выборах.
Вчера во время проверки наших подписных листов членам избирательной комиссии был предъявлен подложный документ об оплате подписных листов, датированный 15 июня, от организации, в которой я не оплачивал подписные листы. А документ, который был сдан мною в комиссию в присутствии независимого члена комиссии Дмитрия Кузнецова и моего доверенного лица Дмитрия Таралова, датированный 7 июня, исчез из папки с моими документами. В результате произошедшей подмены документов комиссия приняла решение признавать при проверке недействительными все подписи, поставленные с 7 по 14 июня включительно. Таким образом, может быть признано недействительными больше 600 подписей, при допустимом браке в 440 подписей.
После того как чудом, уже после окончания рабочего дня (проверка началась в 18.00), нам удалось получить в фирме, изготовившей нам подписные листы, копию настоящей платежки об оплате подписных листов, а также привезти в комиссию кассовый ордер Сбербанка о снятии нужной суммы на оплату листов, я объявил о произошедшем подлоге и потребовал от председателя ОИК №31 Гурама Леонидовича Коротнева пресечь его и прекратить незаконное признание моих подписей в результате этого подлога недействительными. Председатель отказался это сделать, после чего я вызвал сотрудников полиции и написал заявление о подлоге документа. Пока полиция проводит проверку, я воздержусь от обвинений в отношении конкретных лиц, однако отмечу следующее. Теперь мне стало более понятно, почему накануне окружная комиссия вместо проверки подписей тянула время и проводила незаконный «пересчет» подписных листов и подписей. Ведь если бы в их распоряжении был документ, подтверждающий оплату подписных листов только 15 июня, 600 подписей были бы моментально признаны недействительными еще вчера. Видимо, на тот момент в папке с моими документами находилась еще оригинальная платежка от 7 июня. А как только она исчезла, комиссия радостно начала проверку подписей. По совпадению (случайному?) подложную платежку решилась продемонстрировать председатель ТИК Чертаново Северное Наталья Назарова, которая пять лет назад руководила спецоперацией по возвращению мне документов на выдвижение в Мосгордуму, которые я подавал из под домашнего ареста. Этот возврат был впоследствии признан нарушением моих конституционных прав определением Конституционного суда по моей жалобе.
В итоге, жулики из мэрии и «Единой России» руками окружной избирательной комиссии хотят снять меня с выборов. К подписям живых 4 808 людей они придраться не могут, поэтому пошли на крайность – подлог документов. Помимо заявления в полицию сегодня мною будет подана жалоба в Мосгоризбирком, но этого мало.
Мы обязаны выйти на улицу, чтобы защитить свое право на выбор на этих выборах.
Иначе каждого из нас еще пять лет в Мосгордуму будет представлять единоросс Зверев, лоббист точечной застройки, боящийся открытой конкуренции на выборах.
Завтра, 13 июля в 13.00 я провожу встречу с избирателями как кандидат в депутаты Мосгордумы. Место встречи – детская площадка у дома Болотниковская ул., д. 3 корп. 8. Совсем рядом находится помещение окружной комиссии №31, в которой все эти дни творится беззаконие. Приглашаю всех граждан, которых волнует сложившаяся ситуация на выборах в округе №31 прийти на встречу. Я отвечу на все ваши вопросы. Эта встреча – не митинг и не пикет, поэтому не надо приносить плакаты или флаги, звукоусиления тоже не будет. До или после встречи вы можете обратиться в избирательную комиссию по поводу того, учтена ли ваша подпись в поддержку выдвижения моей кандидатуры.

Now it became more clear to me why on the eve of the district commission instead of checking signatures, it was taking time and illegally “recounting” the signature sheets and signatures. After all, if they had at their disposal a document confirming the payment of signature sheets only on June 15, 600 signatures would have been instantly declared invalid yesterday. Apparently, at that time in the folder with my documents was still the original payment of June 7th. And as soon as she disappeared, the commission joyfully began the verification of signatures. Coincidentally (by chance?), The chairman of TEC Chertanovo Severnoe Natalya Nazarova, who five years ago led a special operation to return to me the documents for nomination to the Moscow City Duma, which I submitted from under house arrest, decided to demonstrate a fake payment. This return was subsequently found to be a violation of my constitutional rights by the Constitutional Court ruling on my complaint.
As a result, swindlers from the mayor's office and United Russia want to remove me from the elections by the hands of the district election commission. They can’t complain about the signatures of 4,808 living people, so they went to the extreme - forgery of documents. In addition to a statement to the police, today I will file a complaint with the Moscow City Commission, but this is not enough.
We must go outside to defend our right to choose in this election.
