Дорогие соседи, жители Зюзино, Чертанова Северного и Нагорного!

Я хочу обратиться ко всем, кто поддержал мое выдвижение в Московскую городскую думу, подписался в мою поддержку, участвовал в сборе подписей, делал пожертвования на нашу кампанию, помогал и поддерживал любым способом. Хочу обратиться и к тем, кто по каким-то причинам остался в стороне, но кого возмутил незаконный отказ в регистрации мне и другим независимым кандидатам в МГД. Ко всем, кого возмутило полицейское насилие и произвол против участников мирных акций этим летом и мой 26-дневный арест.
Послезавтра, 8 сентября пройдет голосование на «выборах» в Мосгордуму. Теперь уже это выборы в кавычках. Моя фамилия должна была быть в избирательном бюллетене, и мы с вами должны были выиграть эти выборы. Потому что мы все устали от того, что власть решает за нас как нам жить. Закрывает роддома и увольняет врачей из поликлиник, оптимизирует школы и детские сады, лепит точечную застройку в наших дворах, проворачивает миллиарды рублей через коррупционные схемы на бордюрах и плитке. Выборы 8 сентября должны были стать референдумом неодобрения этой вредительской политики собянинской мэрии.
Пытаясь предотвратить поражение на этом референдуме, мэрия абсолютно незаконно сняла меня с выборов. Для столичных властей критически важным является прохождение в нашем округе действующего депутата от «Единой России» Сергея Зверева. В Мосгордуме он возглавляет комиссию по градостроительству – сфере, которая является одним из основных источников обогащения чиновников и близких к мэрии строительных олигархов. Продвижение проектов точечной застройки в Северном Чертанове и Нагорном, отмена института публичных слушаний – вот чем занимался депутат Зверев в последние 5 лет. Для того, чтобы сохранить этого ценнейшего для чиновников и застройщиков депутата меня и сняли с выборов с помощью подделанного документа об оплате подписных листов и административного ареста.
Единственный оставшийся для нас способ не пустить этого одиозного единоросса в Мосгордуму – проголосовать 8 сентября умно, за кандидата имеющего наибольшие шансы выиграть у Зверева в мое отсутствие. Таким кандидатом, по моему мнению, является Любовь Никитина, выдвинутая от КПРФ. Мне бы очень хотелось сейчас призывать вас голосовать за себя. Но выборы в нашем городе и нашей стране превращены в бои без правил. И порой для того чтобы выиграть, нам нужно использовать, может быть, не самый красивый, но эффективный прием. Таким приемом в сложившихся условиях является голосование за Любовь Никитину.
Один из аргументов против подобного Умного голосования, который я часто слышу – между кандидатами от «Единой России» и КПРФ нет разницы и мэрии не принципиально, кто из них победит. Я не согласен с таким утверждением и выше постарался подробно объяснить, почему для мэрии так важно прохождение именно действующего депутата от ЕР. Ровно поэтому в нашем округе был зарегистрирован спойлер от «Коммунистов России», который после моего снятия с выборов занимался исключительно очернением кандидата Никитиной. И ровно поэтому же против Никитиной распространялось сразу несколько чернушных листовок, а также газета-подделка под нашу районную газету «Живу в Зюзино». Власть крайне заинтересована в победе единоросса Зверева и опасается, что из-за Умного голосования он проиграет.
Любовь Никитина, конечно, не идеальный кандидат в депутаты Мосгордумы. Но далеко и не самый плохой. Она участвовала в кампании за сохранение 10-го роддома, организовывала круглые столы и депутатские запросы по этой теме в Госдуме и Мосгордуме. Пытается помочь жителям домов в Нагорном районе, которые хотят сносить и расселять непонятно куда из-за непродуманного проект строительства депо метрополитена. Довольно определенно высказалась против полицейского насилия и произвола на акциях за допуск независимых кандидатов на выборы, а также против моего незаконного ареста. Наконец, она ведет самую заметную агитационную кампанию в нашем округе. И я уверен, что в случае победы она будет лучшим депутатом, чем единоросс Зверев – потому что будет обязана своему избранию не административному ресурсу и деньгам застройщиков, а поддержке тысяч избирателей, которые будут внимательно следить и контролировать ее работу.
Наконец, самое главное. 8 сентября – это теперь не только референдум о политике мэрии по закрытию роддомов, увольнениям врачей, точечной застройке и коррупции на бордюрах и плитке. Это теперь и голосование по поводу того, согласны ли мы с тем, что всех неодобряющих политику Собянина и «Единой России» можно признать недействительными гражданами, избить дубинками на улице, арестовать или кинуть в тюрьму. Этот референдум проходит в более тяжелых для нас условиях, но мы все равно можем выиграть. Если бы не могли, власти бы не истерили до самого последнего дня, проводя обыски у организаторов Умного голосования. Чтобы выиграть этот референдум надо прийти на избирательный участок и проголосовать умно, против «Единой России».
Призываю жителей Зюзино, Чертанова Северного и Нагорного прийти на «выборы» 8 сентября и проголосовать умно – за Любовь Никитину, против «Единой России».
А работать на благо наших родных районов и нашего родного города мы продолжим и после 8 сентября.

The September 8 election was to be a referendum on the disapproval of this wrecking policy of the Sobyaninsky city hall.
Trying to prevent a defeat in this referendum, the city hall absolutely illegally removed me from the election. For the metropolitan authorities, the passage in our district of the current deputy from United Russia, Sergei Zverev, is critical. In the Moscow City Duma, he heads the commission on urban planning, an area that is one of the main sources of enrichment for officials and construction oligarchs close to the city hall. The promotion of spot development projects in North Chertanov and Nagorny, the abolition of the institution of public hearings - this is what MP Zverev has been doing for the past 5 years. In order to preserve this most valuable deputy for officials and developers, they removed me from the elections with the help of a forged document on payment of subscription lists and administrative arrest.
The only remaining way for us not to let this odious United Russia party into the Moscow City Duma is to vote smartly on September 8, for the candidate who has the greatest chance of winning against Zverev in my absence. Such a candidate, in my opinion, is Lyubov Nikitina, nominated by the Communist Party. I would really like to urge you to vote for yourself now. But the elections in our city and our country are turned into fights without rules. And sometimes in order to win, we need to use, maybe not the most beautiful, but effective technique. Such a technique in the current circumstances is a vote for Lyubov Nikitin.
One of the arguments against such a smart vote, which I often hear, is that there is no difference between the candidates from United Russia and the Communist Party and the city hall doesn’t matter which of them wins. I do not agree with this statement and I tried to explain in detail why it is so important for the mayor's office to pass exactly the current deputy from EP. That is precisely why a spoiler from the “Communists of Russia” was registered in our constituency, which, after my removal from the elections, was exclusively engaged in denigrating candidate Nikitina. And precisely for this reason, several black-leafed leaflets were distributed at once against Nikitina, as well as a fake newspaper for our regional newspaper “I Live in Zyuzino”. The authorities are extremely interested in the victory of United Russia Zverev and fears that due to Smart voting he will lose.
Lyubov Nikitina, of course, is not an ideal candidate for deputy of the Moscow City Duma. But far and not the worst. She participated in the campaign to preserve the 10th hospital, organized round tables and parliamentary inquiries on this topic in the State Duma and Moscow City Duma.
