Совет депутатов Зюзино не принял отчет директора ГБУ "Жилищник" об итогах работы за 2019 год. Это произошло вчера по итогам более чем трех часов публичного отчета директора ГБУ Ильи Каретина перед депутатами и жителями района. Сам Илья Евгеньевич работает во главе "Жилищника" всего несколько месяцев, а без приставки "и.о." - менее недели. Поэтому оценка, данная депутатами и жителями, касалась работы скорее самой структуры в целом, чем нового директора.
Из трех часов публичного отчета более двух часов были посвящены вопросам и выступлениям жителей. Многие из них были жесткими и критическими. И самое главное - обоснованными. Среди претензий к работе звучали:
- несоблюдение графика уборки подъездов;
- некачественный текущий ремонт по халтурно составленным дефектным ведомостям;
- нарушения при благоустройстве дворов;
- составление фиктивных паспортов о готовности домов к зиме в обход председателей Советов домов;
- не соответствующие фактически проведенным работам отчеты об управлении домами.
И это только небольшая часть критики, прозвучавшей вчера. Но звучали и хвалебные отзывы в адрес "Жилищника". Некоторым из которых даже хлопали - правда, делали это в основном начальники участков "Жилищника". А среди таких "благодарных жителей" оказались и действующие сотрудники самого "Жилищника" - одна из выступавших проговорилась, что работает в ГБУ.
По итогам отчета все депутаты от "Единой России" проголосовали за то, чтобы принять отчет к сведению. Но голосов для принятия отчета не хватило, поскольку все депутаты от Штаба Зюзино проголосовали за признание деятельности "Жилищника" в 2019 году неудовлетворительной по 10 конкретным направлениям, прозвучавшим в выступлениях жителей и самих депутатов. Надеюсь, что слова нового директора "Жилищника" о готовности исправлять недостатки в работе не останутся словами, как у его предшественников.

Публичные отчеты руководителей гос.учреждений района перед жителями и муниципальными депутатами продолжатся 11 февраля. Отчитываться будут руководители центра социального обслуживания и МФЦ нашего района.

- reports on house management that do not correspond to actual work done.
And this is only a small part of the criticism voiced yesterday. But there were also laudatory responses addressed to the "Housemaid". Some of whom were even clapped, however, they were mainly done by the chiefs of the Housing sites. And among such "grateful residents" there were also the current employees of the Zhilishnik himself - one of the speakers let slip that she works in the GBU.
According to the results of the report, all deputies from United Russia voted to take note of the report. But there were not enough votes to adopt the report, since all the deputies from the Headquarters of Zyuzino voted to declare the Housing activity in 2019 unsatisfactory in 10 specific areas, voiced in the speeches of the residents and the deputies themselves.
