Со времени наших президентских выборов прошло уже больше недели, все страсти улеглись… А я хотела написать о своем взгляде на то, что происходило 4 марта. В этот раз мне так же, как и на думских выборах, посчастливилось работать с наблюдателями из ОБСЕ. Правда, на этот раз это уже были другие наблюдатели, со своими взглядами на выборы. Оба они были в России впервые, и, конечно, им было очень интересно наблюдать за тем, как россияне ведут себя на избирательных участках, общаться с нашими российским наблюдателями. Особенное удивление вызвало у них то, что наши люди очень часто принципиально не шли в кабинку, хотя она была пустая, а голосовали прямо на столах, что никак не вписывалось в концепцию “secret voting”. В отличие от думских выборов, нам почти на каждом участке предлагали “чай, кофе, …”. Я кстати пару раз была бы не прочь согласиться, но мои наблюдатели не пили ни чай, ни кофе, поэтому все предложения вежливо отклонялисьJ
Надо сказать, что особенных нарушений нами выявлено не было. Хотя они несколько раз заполнили специальную форму “for exceptional cases” (для исключительных случаев). Но на самом деле ничего глобально ужасного мы не видели. Конечно, больше всего меня поразили результаты на 8 новых участках в Невском районе, которые открылись буквально накануне выборов. Там за Путина было больше 2000 голосов, в то время, как за остальных кандидатов по 5, 4, 3 и 2 голоса соответственно. Здесь фальсификация была налицо, но как говорится, ничего не докажешь. На процедуре подсчета голосов все было чисто, без нарушений. А в территориальной избирательной комиссии нас даже допустили в системе “Гасвыборы”, и мы понаблюдали за тем, как там все работает. Конечно, все время там невозможно следить, и с большой долей вероятности наибольшие фальсификации могли происходить именно там. Российских наблюдателей и журналистов туда не пускали.
Мои наблюдатели даже специально съездили на мой участок, чтобы я смогла проголосовать, исполнить свой гражданский долг. Я голосовала впервые в жизни и считаю, что сделала это не зря. Раньше я считала, что не стоит тратить свое время в воскресный день на такую ерунду как выборы. Но работа на двух выборах убедила меня в обратном. Если люди будут думать, что итак все решено без их участия, то никаких перемен и не будет. Им просто неоткуда будет взяться, даже теоретически. И на думских и на президентских выборах я видела огромное количество людей, которые пришли проголосовать, чтобы их голос не был использован для фальсификации. Правда, надо признать, что на думских выборах явка была гораздо выше. Возможно, из-за того, что на декабрьских выбора была реальная альтернатива. А здесь… Я могу понять людей, которые голосовали за Зюганова, как единственную реальную альтернативу Путину, за Прохорова, потому что это все-таки новое лицо в нашей политике. Но меня удивляет количество людей (в масштабах всей страны), которые голосовали за Жириновского и Миронова… Я бы хотела посмотреть на этих людей. Но тут уж, как говорится, право каждого человека выбрать то, что ему ближе.
А результат – он был предсказуем и абсолютно логичен. Я даже на подсчете голосов устала от постоянного повторения фамилии “Путин”. Очень многие голосовали именно за него. И по сути не так важно набрал ли он 63-64 процента или меньше. По тому, что мы видели, можно сделать вывод, что меньше 55 процентов он вряд ли набрал

I must say that we did not reveal any particular violations. Although they several times filled out a special form “for exceptional cases” (for exceptional cases). But in fact, we did not see anything globally terrible. Of course, I was most struck by the results at 8 new sites in the Nevsky district, which opened literally on the eve of the elections. There were more than 2000 votes for Putin, while for the remaining candidates there were 5, 4, 3 and 2 votes respectively. There was a falsification here, but as they say, you can’t prove anything. On the counting procedure, everything was clean, without violations. And in the territorial election commission we were even allowed in the "Gas election" system, and we watched how everything works there. Of course, all the time it is impossible to follow there, and with a high degree of probability the greatest fraud could occur there. Russian observers and journalists were not allowed there.
My observers even specially went to my precinct so that I could vote, fulfill my civic duty. I voted for the first time in my life and I think that I did it for good reason. I used to think that you should not spend your time on Sunday on such nonsense as elections. But working in two elections convinced me of the opposite. If people think that everything is decided without their participation, then there will be no changes. They simply will have nowhere to come from, even theoretically. In both the Duma and the presidential elections, I saw a huge number of people who came to vote so that their vote would not be used for falsification. True, we must admit that the turnout was much higher in the Duma elections. Perhaps due to the fact that the December election was a real alternative. And here ... I can understand the people who voted for Zyuganov as the only real alternative to Putin, for Prokhorov, because this is still a new face in our politics. But I am surprised by the number of people (nationwide) who voted for Zhirinovsky and Mironov ... I would like to look at these people. But here, as they say, the right of each person to choose what is closer to him.
