Вдруг на сайте БиБиСи лавиной пошли сообщения: Сын Каддафи Мухаммед не убит и не пленен, Хамис со своим отрядом жив и зачищает Триполи от крыс, Саиф-аль-Ислам не убит и не пленен, а встречался с западными корреспондентами, снят в окружении ликующей толпы ливийцев, лояльных Каддафи.
Дальше корреспондент БиБиСи снимает джипы, на которых едут "повстанцы" размахивая флагами и автоматами и делая двумя пальцами знак victory, но только джипы едут уже в обратном направлении из Триполи, а корреспондент БиБиСи бодрым голосом сообщает – победа одержана, но им пока еще в Триполи оставаться опасно, и "повстанцы" пока покидают город.
