В продолжение темы "Западная медицина". Сегодня поднабралась еще опыта. Терпеть не могу говорить о болезнях, но делиться информацией очень люблю. В данном случае "щедрость" моя важнее. И так, у сына год болит живот. Каждый месяц, а иногда и чаще мы ходим к врачу. Варианты ответов немецкого детского врача на наши жалобы:
- Это болезнь возраста. Пупертет.
- Приложите теплую бутылочку к животу. Пройдет.
- Приложите лед.
- Вот вам листовка с продуктами, которые нужно есть в случае, когда болит живот.
- Сейчас у многих детей животы болят - желудочно-кишечная инфекция гуляет по городу.
- Сентябрь! В сентябре, с началом учебного года у всех живот болит!
- Живот может болеть, если ребенок слишком много времени проводит за компьютером, без движения. Двигайтесь!
Сегодня я решила насрать уже на врача и утром, вызвав такси, отвезла ребенка в городскую клинику, где врач отреагировал самым удивительным образом на нашу жалобу, он сказал:
- У моей дочери тоже иногда болит живот.
Я тут меня понесло. Я потребовала лечения, что сильно удивило врача. После небольшой перепалки он, продемонстрировав обиду, посоветовал нам поехать в Дармштадт, в детскую клинику, там разберутся. (на живот, да и на самого ребенка толком не взглянул). Мы поехали в Дармштадт.
2 часа 20 минут сидели в ожидании врача. За это время забежала медсестра наперевес с трезвонившим мобильником, смерила температуру и взвесила ребенка. Наконец, пришла врачица. Пощупала живот. Попросила ребенка попрыгать на одной ножке и выдала:
- Декабрь! Сейчас у многих детей болит живот. У вашего скорее всего инфекция. Пока инфекция не пройдет, делать анализы нет смысла. Езжайте домой. Через две недели идите к своему детскому врачу. (тому самому, который с теплой бутылочкой)
- У моего ребенка год болит живот! - почти закричала я, - Что у него, год - инфекция??? Лечите!!!
Врачица обозлилась. Сжав кулаки ответила, что все равно в детской клинике живот не лечат, а надо обращаться в гастроэнтерологию и только с направлением от детского врача, а детский врач даст направление только после того как получит анализ крови, а анализ крови можно делать лишь после того, как пройдет инфекция.
ААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААА!!!!
- Скажите честно, вы отказываетесь нас лечить, потому что у нас дешевая страховка? Или потому что мы русские? Или потому что мы евреи??? - эти вопросы я задала спине врачицы и уже закрытой двери.
Вывод: немецкие врачи доводят болезнь до крайней степени. И в крайней степени, возможно, как пишут либералы и те, кому терять нечего, возможно немецкие врачи - и мастера. Но в стандартных ситуациях (грипп, живот, голова болит, ухо стреляет, понос, рвота, простуда итд) немецкие врачи палец о палец не ударят.

Основное отличие немецких и русских врачей - это отношение. У нас, в России, есть такое понятие "человеческое отношение". В Германии отношение имеется только к стоимости страховки. Мне уже не раз говорили, будь вы приватно (частно) застрахованы, относились бы к вам иначе. Частная медицинская страховка на семью, насколько я знаю, стоит порядка 700 евро в месяц. А мы платим только 158. И, конечно же, российские врачи не могут, не умеют вот так, в наглую послать пациента: "Само пройдет!". Даже с каким-нибудь элементарным гриппом возятся. А здесь, все что не смертельно - вроде бы как и не болезнь....
В России за медобслуживание мы не платили ни копейки. Но с больным животом нас тут же направляли к гастроэнтерологу, делали УЗИ, а уж сколько раз я, сумасшедшая мамаша, таскалась по утрам с баночкой мочи в поликлинику... Здесь нужно почти умереть, чтобы тебе выписали направление на анализ или исследование.
Из Германии мы уезжаем, поэтому спич мой максимально честен. Я не трясусь за то, как на него отреагируют "местные органы". Ясное дело, что о человеческой реакции говорить не приходится.

I have suffered here. I demanded treatment, which greatly surprised the doctor. After a small skirmish, having demonstrated resentment, he advised us to go to Darmstadt, to the children's clinic, and they will sort it out. (I didn’t really look at the child’s stomach). We went to Darmstadt.
They sat waiting for a doctor for 2 hours 20 minutes. During this time, a nurse came running in front of a ringing mobile phone, measured the temperature and weighed the child. Finally, the doctor came. She felt her stomach. I asked the child to jump on one leg and issued:
- December! Now many children have a stomach ache. Your likely infection. Until the infection goes away, there’s no point in doing the tests. Drive home. After two weeks, go to your pediatrician. (the one with the warm bottle)
