Наша жизнь - воплощение нашего бытия.
Ребёнок - возрожденное, новое бытие.
Дети - "народ, действующий в истине".
Нам нужно возвыситься до детей, а не наоборот.
Образование - "раскрытие образа Творца". Дети должны превосходить родителей.
Забота - "за божественной тайной".
В школах очень много учителей-двоечников и троечников. Но кто ставит им оценки? Учителя должны завоевать любовь и уважение детей.
Если мама очень хочет ребёнка, рада его появлению, у неё будет мудрость воспитания.
Шалость - "улавливать совершенное". Шалун ищет за пределами правил. Шалуны движут мир к лучшему, они самые талантливые дети. Папа-шалун - лучший папа в мире. Направлять шалость в нужное русло.
Понукательная, запретительная педагогика разрушает современных детей.
Гуманный - смертный человек, ищущий своё бессмертие. Умный - однокоренное слово.
Дура - тот, кто рвёт связь с высшим.
Когда ребёнок взрослый, напишите ему исповедь о том, что вы делали, что вкладывали в него, признайте свои ошибки. Попросите прощения.
Должна быть романтика в воспитании детей. Воспитание духа сложнее расщепления атома.
Сначала учитель должен заслужить любовь детей, после чего его слово становится печатью.
Методы, каким быть учителем:
- поднимать планку над стандартами, давая детям свободу выбирать более достойное
- домашнее задание для учителя
- дорисовать образ детей в лучшем свете, восхищаться и представить что есть те положительные качества, даже которых еще нет
- уважать детское незнание, недопонимание. Не нападать на ребёнка ни в каких ситуациях
- какой пример показываем, то и получаем в ребёнке
- слушать ребёнка тогда, когда он хочет быть услышанным
- читать всем вместе, с ребёнком: Маленький принц, Чайка по имени Джонатан Ливингстон, Метерлинк Синяя птица
- воспитательная прелюдия.
Готовить ребёнка к разным обстоятельствам. Не конфликтовать с ребёнком! Советоваться с ребёнком (по семейному бюджету, важным решениям в семье).
Оценки ничего не означают и никак реально не оценивают детей. Любовь родителей к ребёнку никак не должна зависеть от оценок, ругать их бессмысленно. Не мерить жизнь оценками.
Ломать шаблоны ожиданий детей от учителя!
Гордиться слабыми учениками, которые стали сильными.
Не идти со знаниями к детям, а идти вместе с детьми к знаниям! Духовная общность с ребёнком. Выходить из роли родителя. Дружить с детьми на равноправных началах.
Педагогика - искусство, а не наука. В ней нет формул. Каков учитель, такова и педагогика.
Учиться у детей в той же степени, что и учить. Воспитание не заканчивается школой.
Что посеешь - то и пожнёшь. Закон причин и следствий.
Всем вернутся следствия их прошлых причин. Посевы - это мысли, слова и действия. Светлые мысли никогда не рождают горе.
Сотворить себя самого. Для этого нужна воля!!! Делать то, что не хочется сейчас, ради будущего. Воли внутри себя всегда достаточно.
Сделать из себя лучшую версию себя в каждой сфере жизни. Истинное воспитание детей - воспитание самого себя.
