Здесь пишется стратегия компании и корпоративные стандарты, разрабатывается система работы с персоналом, ведется работа над продуктом и маркетингом, упаковывается франшиза, тестируется и внедряется ПО, ведется аналитика результатов школ. Отсюда же будет координироваться запуск и работа филиалов, открытых по франшизе. В общем, работы хватает ????
В одном из следующих постов я расскажу, кто входит в команду и чем занимается, а сегодня хочу рассказать об инвесторе и основном собственнике проекта - Группе компании "БестЪ" (http://bestgroup.ru/). Это крупная петербургская девелоперская компания, которая занимается строительством и управлением недвижимостью: бизнес-центры, торговые центры, апарт-отели ????.
Основатель и президент компании "БестЪ" - Андрей Владимирович Лушников, мой старший партнер в бизнесе Школы. Он очень крутой и за проект Бенуа (в который кроме школы входит ресторан "Ферма Бенуа") получил премию "Инвестор года" от РБК. Приятно осознавать, что столь успешный предприниматель решил вложить свои деньги и свою душу в обучение и развитие детей, хотя это далеко не простой бизнес ????.
Постоянно у Андрея учусь и перенимаю лучшие практики построения и ведения крупного бизнеса. Как он мне сказал на своем недавнем 50-летии: "С меня опыт, с тебя - энергия". Так и работаем ????
