Мои помощники в зале, гречишная подушка, #лунныйкалендарь, термо #kleankanteen. Цвет почти не выбирала ???? для меня он такой черничный и по потоку. Теперь везде могу заботиться о себе и пить вкусняшки))
Начали в полнолуние,с особой целительной медитации.
По несколько часов в день пели, время не засекала, ибо наслаждалась процессом.
Каждый день после обеда управляли положением Юпитера и Сатурна. В личном микрокосме))
Осваивали тантрическую нумерологию. Восторг и поле для творчества и изучения ????
Работали над трансформацией мыслеформ, в самое актуальное время ретроградности 4х планет. Как ни крути, я решила, что это лучшее,что я могла для себя сделать в это время ????
Сила группового потока создала обстоятельства, что я не могла покинуть это место даже на пару часов - метель, заблокировавший дорогу грузовик, завязла сама ???? ну и хорошо - не прерывать процессы этой параллельной вселенной.
Столько спокойствия и потока любви благодаря участникам и учителям #кундалинийога #harijiwan. Под конец более 100 человек приняли участие в записи нового альбома лауреатов Грэмми ????. Теперь бы только развивать это намерение и практиковать, add some kundalini в жизнь ????
